I may be wrong about this, god knows. but I really don't think Mike Pence wants to be remembered by history as the only Vice President to assist a coup attempt on the floor of the US Congress.

Pretty much my belief as well. Pence was never a Trump man. He'll be happy to cap his career off as the Second Most Powerful Man in the World and walk off into the sunset as the least impactful VP we've had in a while.
There's no way he's going to let his legacy be the Man Who Started the Second Civil War.

They have cheated to try and win the election. They lost. Sorry. The new golden boy "Biden" was caught and will be removed.
Pence hasn't let us down yet. So he will probably do the right thing. The extra pressure from the law suite will actually protect him from any future legal trouble.

Friendly bet on this?
I bet you a cuppa coffee that Pence simply oversees the vote in proper fashion and does nothing else. No assigning electors, etc.

Thanks for trying but not really.
Have courts and judges never been involved in a coup?
Has stopping a coup in its late stages ever been called treason or sedition by the coupsters?
I think very few coups would work without yes being the answer to the above two questions.

Wasn't it the other side that's trying to piss away all your money?
That bill had total bipartisan support demonstrating, once again, that both parties are opposite sides of the same coin.

Biden should be in a prison. Not running the USA because "they cheated the most and best" . He's taken big sums of money from China. What an obscenity.
