The courts definitely have become infected as well. We wouldn’t even be in this situation if our representatives had been doing their job, but instead they have been in on the anal raping of Americans. Why weren't the affidavits of these dozens of folks certified so they could be used in the court actions?

In each case in the many "Kraken" lawsuits... only a handful of the alleged "stacks" of affidavits were certified as evidence ... why is that, do you think?
