The Air Force's 'rods from god' could hit with the force of a nuclear weapon — with no fallout

"Kinetic bombardment" which we had Generals & DoD Esper openly talking about such weaponry last year and from Trump's speeches on hypersonic weapons is a form of kinetic warfare. Who knows what they have up in space.

My workload just increased... I've previously found 200 POTUS tweet deletions over the 3 years but I have now found a further 800 to be applied to the spreadsheet!


A lot of these will have been deleted quickly after tweeting and hence missed but this comes with a silver lining... there will be a LOT more TYPOs revealed once I've uploaded them all.

Not a quick job tho - I'd say a week or two do add these all in alongside keeping track of the thread and archiving.


BTW BoomGiggle, apologies that I haven't done the Cliff's Notes yet on reading the spreadsheet, interpreting and posting decodes. I'm not avoiding it - just thought that, at this juncture, the plug could get pulled any mo, so archive updates take precedence. (It suddenly clicked).

Monday, Mike Pompeo delivered a speech that essentially told lawmakers to buckle-up, because China is now "inside the gate". That country has infiltrated all aspects of America's society...and those working with China will pay the price.

imo, the problem is de-orbiting. It's not the same as just dropping the kinetic payload or just letting go of it. If you did that, orbital dynamics just brings it back at you on a collision course 2x an orbit.

The only way, from orbit, is a rocket to slow it down. I think people are confusing the direct impact of a projectile, like an asteroid, with one held in orbit.

Either way, conservation of energy law means you wont' get more kinetic energy from the collision than the potential was put into it when you raised it up into orbit. In fact, it seems like a net loss, to put energy in by raising the rod into orbit, only then to take energy out with slowing it to sub-orbital velocity. The only way this works is to not vector into orbit, but to go strait up less than escape velocity, and then strait down onto target. The only losses then are air resistance, and subsequent heating.
