I don't have any opinion on it. Just stating facts. The affidavits were from firsthand knowledge, yet the judge dismissed the case based on "hearsay". These are the facts.

You should know by now that firsthand knowledge is not hearsay, otherwise you'd be arguing that point instead of being disingenuous.
