Odd that the Louisiana statement says this

Weeks ago, on behalf of the citizens of Louisiana, my office joined many other states in filing a legal brief with the United States Supreme Court.....Furthermore, the U.S. Supreme Court should consider the most recent Texas motion, which contains some of the same arguments.

I think some sources have their stories mixed up. Will try and look more into it

Might have been folks keeping this under wraps too. The last minute timing had to be planned. Ergo there was a plan all along.

It is very confusing but I think you're right. LA has not joined this new suit.

Funny that the two Senators up for re-election in Georgia are now concerned about election-related issues.

twitter.com...

Better late than never. Still, they should have shown some backbone when the Whistleblowers were testifying in Georgia, and the early lawsuits were being filed.

confusing the PA case with the Texas one,not based on fraud, but unconstitutional actions huh? There is precedent already on this action in a past election.

No, I think you are because they are both about the same thing.

The TEXAS one is about CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS ONLY. No fraud involved.

No doubt these states will have to have their Republican legislatures vote and appoint electors. I am guessing they will pick the Republican. =)

The states that have (allegedly) joined the suit have already appointed their electors, pretty much. And yes, they are Republicans.

The trouble is, they want to tell other states what to do. How ludicrous is that?

Precedence over what?

Means that the case is prioritized above other cases which has not been docketed yet; it jumped the queue in front of lawsuits filed before it which have not been docketed by a clerk yet.

There was a couple of lawyers at the Supreme Court on behalf of President Trump this past Friday, which is the weekly SCOTUS "conference day". We only see some of what goes on.

Sort of like the Pennsylvania case?
This is even weaker than that.

Wah. We don't like what they did. Erase their votes.

Thank-you! I was wondering how some get docketed so quickly.

Yup, still not a peep from Gina Haspel either - I was on the fence about that raid, but now.. I don´t know. Should have thought she would make an announcement by now. Weird.

7 States Join TEXAS Lawsuit to Overturn UNCONSTITUTIONAL Election, ITS HAPPENING

Hopefully they actually join instead of merely expressing support.

Ideally all red states would join.

There was an article written in 2017 about the CIA using Frankfurt as a base location for "remote hacking".

Source Article: www.dw.com...

The revelation didn't mean anything back then to most of us. It's seen in a whole new light now, after the Scytl server seizure there.

Yeah, read that. It´s an older article long before this. 2019 I think. So it makes it a lot more likely than I though last week imo.

Excellent, you should make a new thread just for that imo. Thanks for sharing.
