Commercial Estate career taught what you say regarding affidavits is not true.

Even daily logs were admissible in civil court, that was Georgia btw!

Several lawsuits were won on that most basic information which was not even at level of sworn affidavit.

This is 100% wrong.

Affidavits are absolutely evidence. They are written testimony.

You have been saying a case wont even make it to SCOTUS.

And it hasn't. Have they accepted either of these petititions? Petitioning the Court does not equate to being heard by the Court.

Are they? Looks to me like another BS twitter link being spammed all over ATS.

But hey, it might turn out to be true. If you post 1000 links a day, at least one would have to eventually turn out real.

The Supreme Court has rejected the smaller case against Pennsylvania.

Short and to-the-point.

Let's see if they will accept Texas.

Fingers crossed!

It just might be here is an article from Jeff Landry

agjefflandry.com...

Attorney General Jeff Landry's Statement On 2020 Federal Elections And Recent Texas Motion Before The Supreme Court

BATON ROUGE, LA - Attorney General Jeff Landry issued the following statement regarding the ongoing controversies over the 2020 federal election and the new motion put forward by the State of Texas before the U.S. Supreme Court:

“Millions of Louisiana citizens, and tens of millions of our fellow citizens in the country, have deep concerns regarding the conduct of the 2020 federal elections. Deeply rooted in these concerns is the fact that some states appear to have conducted their elections with a disregard to the U.S. Constitution.

This part would seem to indicate he's calling on them to consider texas case. If he was joining he would have said so. Perhaps he's waiting for it to be accepted or rejected.

Furthermore, the U.S. Supreme Court should consider the most recent Texas motion, which contains some of the same arguments.

I like this blurb found in another article

Success in the law is based on using magic words. It really is. If you don’t use them, the court has no obligation to fix your pleadings. But if you know the spell, and you know how to cast it on paper, miracles can happen. Revolutionary arguments surface even when long-standing practices appear to have firm judicial support.

All I am saying my friend is he might, the article is from him and he sounds like he agrees. I'm sure in Louisana it wouldn't hurt his political aspirations if he did so.
