Because that has not been ruled upon yet. The filing by the State of Texas is showing it. A state cannot decide to just change election laws without doing it correctly.

If they did it correctly this would not even be a conversation. Florida did not file to change. Many other states did not but it sure is coincidence those that did had that surge election night.

If Donald Trump was not running, and it was some other RINO this would not even have been discussed. It is also not about the POTUS election but who really controls DC and that is Congress.

Tell me how votes keep 'appearing' in this case separated by 12 votes?

Filing a case doesn't prove anything.

There's no evidence that any State changed election laws improperly. There are assertions to that claim that a) have not been prove and b) have been rejected in court multiple times.

What was happening during that period has been explained repeatedly. The SoS has investigated the claims and found them false.

Perhaps if any compentent filing can be made specifically using the video as evidence, the matter can be resolved in court.

Evidence and a ruling are two different things.

You said no evidence - A sworn affidavit is evidence.
Rejected in Courts - Yes. They have been pretty much along party lines except for the GA governor and his lot.

The final ruling will come from the SCOTUS in the end. Even if somone on Trumps team won in a state it would immediately be appealed.

You all do realize that Progressive Lawyers as well as Bidens lawyers are involved in many of these lawsuits to stop investigations.

If you are not guilty why try to stop an investigation?

An affidavit that is substantiated by corroborating evidence is evidence.

On it's own, it's merely an assertion.

Multiple Trump-appointed judges and Republican judges have found the evidence lacking or non-existent.

SCOTUS probably won't even take up a single case.

Court cases have been lost. Efforts to deny the rule of law and our Constitution have been thwarted.
