Once the boomers are largely gone, then you’ll get disclosure. Why? They’re the last of the truly “pre-tech” generations. They also hoard a huge amount of the worlds capital and are super stuck in their ways. Disclosure would upend that. Younger generations post-boomers (who are far less ‘war minded’) would be much better Earth ambassadors than the generation who effectively started, expanded and continued the MIC.

The speculations on disclosure fall into two basic groups as I see it unveiling. One is that at a certain point the aliens in concert with world leaders will make themselves known to the world at large and we go from there. But how does one make contact and record another species of higher technological advancements if they are not wanting to be revealed. I see your point....but I will default to lights on UFO’s for a moment...If, they don’t want to be revealed, then why attract attention with lights on some of these craft. Why not just always travel with lights out? I can see perhaps propulsion glow that may be unavoidable. But when you have reports of blue, red, green, white lights....then why? Of course someone will see and take notice.

For the occupants themselves? I could agree they might not want to reveal themselves.... but is that because they may want us to make the first move to 1st Contact them first? If a human is willing to break the ice to contact them, then they probably would already understand that the initiator does not have FEAR of them. (Of course, we do initiate contact, but to other planets etc.)

I once proposed an idea to attempt to contact aliens or attract UFO’s...and I apologize, his name escapes me...a gentleman in the UK that was a leading researcher of crop circles back when they were beginning to appear in mass. (I’d have to search archived emails from long ago) His response to me, at the time, was that it was an idea worth serious consideration, but there was not enough funds to embark on such an effort. I believe I had also some time after, then sent the idea to SETI for which I never received an answer.

The idea is simple in scope.....somewhat costly in implementation. So, I’ll share it here....perhaps it’s been mentioned by who knows who else, but back then my exposure to things such as BBS’s, forum’s, etc. was limited for me. Hey... if someone finds my idea interesting enough to try it.... by all means try to do so.

By now there are enough crop circles, documented that there should be a large depository of these recorded crop circle designs in some database somewhere to access. The idea here is to use these designs to project them back into the night (or day) sky for hopeful attraction and contact of UFO’s and their occupants.

Borrowing off of the kids game Light Bright....

In hardware, develop a grid of fairly large high intensity lights like at a stadium, to cover an acreage area the size of a football field. Place a light, of many, that can be programmable to turn on and off (perhaps mult-color programmable) at each intersection of where lines would cross in a squared grid.

In software, develop an overlay system that would extrapolate crop circle designs in line forms, disregarding the rest of the background of the pictures of the crop circles, then overlay the crop circle design lines over the light grid using software so that the design is visible on the hardware light grid in the field. Light the grid with a design. Then monitor the night sky visually, portable radar, etc. for a possible appearance of a UFO.

This idea assumes that most crop circles are real and also assumes that most crop circles are made by aliens using UFOs. Most would concur, crop circles is a way that Aliens may be attempting to contact us. What we don’t have yet, that I’m aware of, is a Rosetta Stone for crop circles...so to speak.

IMO, I don’t believe these are random, but appear along like spurts of sign language. or Crazy as it might seem, Aliens may be “Cave Painting” in the fields that we may try to understand with our limited knowledge....

Finally, if UFO occupants notice and see, at altitude, that we are flashing back or steadily on ...designs from ground level, what may be familiar to them, then perhaps.... “take us to your leader” would be accomplished. What we project to them may not necessarily make sense to them, what counts is that we are using a system, using their designs as a matter of saying Yes, we acknowledge them.

Btw, the organ lights attempt from Close Encounters won’t do..imo.

Anyway there ya have it...I think it’s a viable 1st Contact try to Aliens who may already be here....not in some galaxy far far away....

I too am an anomaly and was not given or gifted open communications.

I have however been subjected to some "real world" tests by the Black, Blue and Green suits, and have real-time and repressed memories which have been "fully recalled" as far as I know.

My situation is further complicated by my having formed a parallel time-line by travelling and interacting with the past. =/
