In some of the descriptions, the occupants sound just like demons, AKA 'aliens'...

I believe they are Demons

Perhaps Dero’s is a better name for demons....

A quaint story purportedly truly experienced by the author, you might have read that’s suppose to explain e-v-e-r-y-t-h-I-n-g......

I Remember Lemuria

Richard S. Shaver (b. 1907, d. 1975), discouraged art student and sometime leftist fellow-traveler, was a welder in the early 1930s in a noisy Ford factory in Wisconsin. He later claimed that this was where he first started hearing the voices--voices warning him of vast caves under the earth, where lurk the dero: prehistoric, devolved cannibals who prey on our minds with ancient super-science. Also in the mix: lost continents, hollow planets, starships the size of a moon, titanic god-like races of beings, and ... sexy aliens. A heady combination of pre-fabricated sci-fi memes, which would later become part of the strange loop connecting UFOs, pop culture, fan-boy obsessions, the occult, and conspiracy theories. It all started with one magazine: Amazing Stories, and its editor, Ray Palmer.

I wonder if they like cookies? I think they have been beaming cookies out of our cookie jar.

No. It's ice cream.

My wife asks, Who ate all the ice cream. I tell her it was the aliens bit sure doesn't believe me.

I will show her this.

That makes perfect sense. After all, they abduct cows a lot and milk them to death before bringing them back and swapping dead ones for good ones at another farm.

Come to think about it, Pelosi has a freezer full of Ice Cream, flies a lot back and forth from DC and she does not really look that human. Especially her feet which she puts in those pointy shoes.

I actually think the Terra Papers are the closest to reality.

They, at least, make sense to me.

"Evil" never thinks that it's 'evil'. It thinks that it's misunderstood good.

And of course, as shown in history, slavery of mind and/or body is generally involved.

That was indeed a 'tell'.

Ummm...I hardly think we need ascribe predation by an apex predator species...as evil...

I'm also of the opinion that both slavery of the body and mind...can be accomplished all on an individuals own...and the only external influence involved is promulgating an imbalance to certain chemicals naturally occurring within the construct...simply by ingesting other chemicals...

I might consider addiction such...a self inflicted sort of psychological and physiological slavery...

Although...TBH...I have explored the notion that subtle beings are causal...and then feed from the psychic angst or ecstasy they've engendered...

Further...however...does that make them...evil...or only equally predatory...?

In no way do I absolve...or minimize the real examples of human trafficking and forced sexual/psychological or other bondage...

I merely recognize that humans are mammalian animals who are also the top predator species on the planet...and nothing about their behavior is contrary to that nature...which is also reflected in the nature of virtually every other predator and prey species we share the planet with...

When I put something in quotes, single or double, it means not to take the word too literally.
This is a well-known convention, I assumed you were familiar with.
So 'evil' really means 'asshole' or something of that nature.

The writer of that article, (and it seems, others) suggest that Prof. Haim Eshed, has lost his marley's...just pointing that out!

Unfortunately. If was them I would drop the news and watch how the primitive population will finish itself. It would be better for the whole planet if all bigots would die. Damn maybe even organize bigot fights because we already have corridas and could be the little karma helpers.

This seems bunk to me, I want to believe and all but...

If aliens were/are visiting us they wouldn't need to ask not to be revealed. They could handle it and even if they couldn't they think we could? We can cloak and hide them but they can't?

And we certainly couldn't stop them from revealing themselves if they chose to.

I believe they are Demons, the biblical prophecies have matched up, the people who do know and work with them seem more evil and the world is beginning to worship the old evil deities in the old blood sacrifice ways.

Nick Redfern did a series of articles on his Mysterious Universe website that illustrated how quite a few very serious hardcore UFO investigators slowly came to believe that what they once thought could be aliens flying to Earth from other planets are indeed "entities" of some kind. If you want to put a Christian mythological overlay on them, they could be demons. They are also sometimes thought of as djinn (genies), that are only partially corporeal and are often interested in generally screwing around with people for their own amusement. Not necessarily evil, but certainly manipulative and dangerous.

Maybe haul out the Ouija Board and see if you can get some flying saucers to show up in some form. But you need to take precautions. Having the Men in Black or Black Eyed Kids show up at your door is apparently quite disturbing.

Good article and this guy has great credentials.

According to retired Israeli general and current professor Haim Eshed, the answer is yes, but this has been kept a secret because "humanity isn't ready."

Speaking in an interview to Yediot Aharonot, Eshed – who served as the head of Israel's space security program for nearly 30 years and is a three-time recipient of the Israel Security Award – explained that Israel and the US have both been dealing with aliens for years.

www.jpost.com...

The question is, how long before pseudoskeptics label him a senile old man like they did with Edgar Mitchell when he started talking about these things.

I think it's obvious they exist and they have visited us. In order to refute this, you would have to show me 3 things.

1. There's a special law of physics on earth that can't happen anywhere else in the universe. So the laws of physics exclude life from evolving anywhere else but earth.

2. The origin of information of life and information encoded on the sequence of a storage medium naturally occurred via abiogenesis.

3. Any life that evolved has to be limited to our understanding of physics and to our technology. For some reason people say how can they do this or how can they travel so far? Of course they couldn't if they were limited to our understanding of physics and their technological advancement was exactly like ours. This is an egocentric view that doesn't make much sense.

You make a good point here BlueS in around about way of thoughts I have been having about Aliens and the UFO Phenomenon.....

When it comes to actually going out in the field to actually try and establish “1st Contact” ... of these 3... Paranormalist’s, Cryptozoologist’s, and Ufologist’s.......Ufologist’s are the worst.

By shear participation alone ... the Para’s and Crypto’s do more in-the-field attempts to attract and attempt to communicate with what they are looking for.

It seems to me, Ufologist’s spend more time on their lazyboy recliner contemplating what book to write next or what show to appear on...etc....

I don’t see much coverage of Ufologists out with electronic gizmos, gadgets, widgets ... and writing about their day to day or week to week field work to establish 1st Contact on a semi consistent basis. But sure enough ... billions are spent on high tech to establish contact outside of our atmosphere.

Even the show UFO Hunter’s, a long time back, didn’t really seek to find proactively anything.... it was usually reactivity to where something already happened, and is long over with by the time getting to the scene. Hell, I don’t think even MUFON goes out to actually try to communicate with EBE’s or craft.

This to me is where Ufology falls way short.

I give more credit to the Para’s and Crypto’s for trying or designing pieces of field equipment to try. Yes, they don’t always succeed, but then if a piece of gear doesn’t help, they at least move on to next new wizbang piece of field gear to try.

What we need are these so called Ufologists (sometimes pompous and arrogant) to get up off their A$$es and do field work no different than the Para’s, Crypto’s, and even the more respected discipline of Archeologist’s breaking a sweat for knowledge using their tools of their trade.

I want to see more Ufologists do get-your-hands-dirty work. Hell, by trial and error, they may even invent that one piece of gear that will establish communication to the point where a craft lands before them ....But as of now, they are too busy kissing each other’s A$$es.

They need to stop being after the fact people, and instead become part of the fact people by being PROACTIVE in attempting 1st Contact here on earth themselves. They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk!

So....using a Ouija board, as it would pertain to Ufologists that gave a damn, out in the field to attempt to establish 1st Contact with EBE’s or their craft sounds like a great idea to me. And if that doesn’t work try something else, some other thing electronic etc......at least try something.

As for precautions, it’s a given... the Para’s and Crypto’s know it’s needed and done for what they do.

Whew!

You don't have to be a skeptic, pseudo or otherwise, to note that the man has not a shred of verifiable proof to back up his statements. Everybody has an opinion. Very few if any people have proof.

Well, I certainly understand that it's hard to actively investigate UFOs (the real UFOs, and not the nonsense) because people are either very lucky to encounter them as they happen, or they get there long after the UFO has flown the coop. They're unpredictable and hard to get the drop on. So that leaves a lot of second-hand investigation, which naturally leaves out a lot of stuff. Back in the day, quite a few UFO researchers in the field would just ignore witness accounts of high strangeness and psychic/time shift effects because they wanted UFOs to be creatures from other planets. It's a shame, really. All that potentially relevant data gone.

But I can go to a haunted house or use a Ouija Board anywhere. Apparently there are plenty of those entities just floating around everyone's house that want to play. So in that regard the paranormal investigators or the crypto folks have it a little easier.

Either way, it probably wouldn't hurt to hang a pentagram ring from a necklace and have a nice leather bota bag filled with water handy whether you're conjuring demons or calling occupants of interplanetary craft. Better safe than sorry.
