Agreed Annee I would not be surprised if the Galactic Federation is waiting for our species to bring our resources together energy wise, resources like food and water, medicine and of course to temper our inherently violent tendencies

In that way we have not been doing so great Maybe we get to the point we stop exploiting our own species, the other species native to this world and our planet itself we will be considered less a risk to contact

But I agree with you, the watchers are no doubt mixed intentions just like a lot of us are!

I look at "off planet beings" the same way I'd look at anthropologists studying life on earth. Not everyone is good - not everyone is bad. You have those who want to exploit for gain. Those who want contact, but keep it minimal. Those who want to advance a group of people. Those who want to do experiments. Those who only want to observe.

Definitely is too! We have them looking at us, and how many humans would love to exploit their technology too, or even their very existence (or claimed lack of existence)

I also believe some "off planet beings" live amongst us.

They signed a contract with us to do experiments here. They, too, are researching and trying to understand the whole fabric of the universe, and they want us as helpers.

Haim Eshed seems to be backing up what Don Phillips of Lockheed Martin's Skunkworks division said quite a long time ago in an interview,that the aliens asked Eisenhower if we would "allow them to be here and to do research".
