9 days left for states to certify their results and send their electors to the Senate.

So far 170 electors have been certified for trump and 106 for biden.

Biden needs 164 more state certified electors.
Trump needs 100 more state certified electors.

Any states that fail to certify their results and send their electors to congress in the next 9 days will have their vote decided by congress.

If and when the electoral vote is certified by Congress one week later on Dec. 14th we will finaly have a president elect.

Remember in 2000 bush was 0 for 40 on cases as of 12/8 yet on 12/13 one day before results were certified in the Senate. Bush won bush v gore in the SC?

That was just one of bushe's remaining avenues for legal victory and involved the infamous hanging chads in Florida, but the case involving the Texas vote could have won it for him as well.

Barring any wins in the SC, both Florida and TX failed to meet the 12/8 safe harbour deadline, so the Republican majority in congress could have settled it and certified for bush anyway. The sc decision just allowed them to point the finger at the court as the deciding factor.

At the end of the day it was the Senate that certified the electoral vote for bush. Not any court.

We all know what happened next.

My point is two fold.

No one is president elect as of today or will be until Congress certifies the electoral congress vote 12/14/2020.

My advice to all is to wait and see what states make the safe harbour deadline. Until then everything else is just noise. From 12/8 to 12/14 is when we see the real fire works.

If the Senate cant do its job we go to a vote in the house for president and the Senate picks a v.p.

The constitutional process is quite clear, and in the past we have even come all the way to the morning of swearing in on 1/20th without a clear winner or president elect, but we have never failed to swear in a constitutionally elected president on jan. 20th and I have no reason to believe that 2021 will be any different.

Let the constitutional process play out before claiming either victory or defeat because history has shown us this game still has several exciting innings left in it and anyone can still win it.

You may want to brush up on your civics, Congress doesn't certify the election until their first session of the new year, December 14th is when the Electoral College votes.

He has every right to put forth evidence of cheating, but he hasn't. He hasn't even alleged cheating in any lawsuit. I mean are you all even looking at the lawsuits that he has filed? No voter fraud or cheating is even mentioned.
