The key word is "if": "If they are not legally cast votes." My point is merely that there is no evidence that there are 100,000 illegal votes. I'm not arguing the merits of anything. I guess I am saying if Trump wins we may lose, if Trump loses we can start working on 2022 and 2024 in relative peace with the knowledge that they probably cheated once and could do it again and prepare our defenses and strategy accordingly. Maybe you should take your own advice and wait for the courts to fully rule on this situation before presuming what will and won’t happen in specific states.

I think you misunderstand how court cases work. In order for a case to move forward at all, it must allege facts and evidence allowing the court to determine that the claims are plausible, not merely possible. In order to do this, if Trump's legal team had any clear evidence of voter fraud, they would put it forward immediately, in order to avoid their cases being dismissed. They have not done this. Thus, we can conclude that such evidence does not exist. Can you find anyone pressing a lawsuit to throw out 100,000 illegal votes in Wisconsin?

You do realize the Newsmax article that you cite states that Trump has no chance of overturning the election, right? Indeed, the article ends with the following quote from the 11th Circuit's recent decision on one of Trump's cases: "There is no allegation of fraud (let alone proof) to justify harming those millions of voters as well as other candidates." Not much of a nail in anyone's coffin except Trump's.
