A lot more people hate trump than biden. That's unquestionable.

I don't think many people hate Biden at all. Most of us feel sorry for the old creep and what the DNC is putting him through. The left cornered the market on hate 4 years ago so your statement would be correct.

There was no fraud.

Simple as that.

The Judge in Georgia is not as sure as you are. Tonight he re-implemented his original order (which he rescinded this afternoon) for voting machines to be left alone, until a forensic analysis can be conducted.

Fraud evidence/proofs have been requested from a private group by the FBI. It will be delivered within 48 hours.

. Right, I’ll look again on Tuesday. Done this several times already after these promises but so far there’s been nothing there.

You think the FBI will let us (or you?) know what evidence it has received?

LOL!

As I mentioned in the other thread, I think you are confused here. He has an automatic right to appeal. As long as he filed one it had to be "accepted."

No, I believe you are the most confused person on this board. They do not have to accept the appeal. Usually a panel of 3 judges(in the Supreme Court its 4 justices have to agree) to accept the appeal.

What promise? He’s just giving information.

Not HIS promise, the promise of evidence being submitted.

More like it will let it be known that SOME evidence has been recieved, or not.

That’s literally not true. As someone who has filed appeals in federal court, I can assure that it is not true. You are correct that in the Supreme Court, you must apply for a grant of certiorari before your case can be heard, and only if at least 4 justices agree that the Court should take your case will it be heard. That is not how lower appellate courts function, however. You have an automatic right to appeal to district court decision to circuit courts of appeal. Educate yourself before spouting off.

I already know terminology. I don't necessarily know US law.

It is called an 'appeal'. Look it up

Again I know what an appeal is, there's a process and I don't think it's that simple to take lost cases to the highest court.

The defendant may appeal a guilty verdict, but the government may not appeal if a defendant is found not guilty. Either side in a criminal case may appeal with respect to the sentence that is imposed after a guilty verdict.

To get it overturned. Happens all the time. Look it up.

I have. From what I gather the supreme Court is under no obligation to review court decisions or accept appeals. Trumps team seemingly has had appeals and they've also been laughed out of court.

The right of appeal is reserved to the court that overseen the case. It's not a given guarantee. Has leave of court been granted a second time? What's the basis of moving a case to a higher court? Doesn't seem to be a given right....

Really? They handed an election that had been calle3d for Gore to Bush in 2000. Look it up.

Was that a civil court? Don't say "go look it up" I'm on ATS to conversate with others. Not for piss poor advice from someone I'll assume is as clueless as me.

Here is a thought for ya this one is free. The amount of evidence is so overwhelming, massive, and widespread that it is not in their jurisdiction to try them.

Umm

They, the courts HAVE come to decision on these cases, they've came to decisions on the appeals too it seems.

These cases were not referred, they were dealt with in the courts they were originally submitted to.

Thanks for the freebie but it was useless, can I have a refund?

You can keep stating your opinion on here all you want. Here is a fact of how the 11th circuit court of appeals works. Maybe you can learn something.

Please don't muddy the water by citing anything criminal, this is all civil. Yes, the Bush v Gore case was civil, and the fact that you asked that makes me wonder why I'm bothering talking to you.

And in civil cases, you can always appeal right up the chain, no permission needed - until you get to the Supreme Court, and yes, they can refuse to hear your case. They won't refuse whichever one(s) of these get that far though (my opinion, yes, but I'm right).

No, you root out and demonstrate the flaws in the argument, or admit you can’t and may be wrong. Anything else is dishonest. It’s the message that matters, not the member. Calling ‘troll’ just because someone’s been shown to be wrong
Just devalues the whole debate.

Ok look at That things posting history. Classic Oppo who will dissapear when Trump is either out or in for good.

Hey man, I already admitted that I was a long-time lurker that came to the site for alien news. Chiming in now because I have relevant info to offer. Wish I had relevant info to offer on the alien front too, but I'm not that lucky

I'm glad you did!

Thanks for posting, I'm actually learning something now from the 'fraud' threads. I've learned a little about US law too, I like to think that's what ATS is about.
