Correct, of note. Posted in here is an email from David "shareblue" Brock in which he mentions her disastrous debate performance and her health issues and that "they have dealt with it" = Replacement.

The HRC medical crisis had several “stumbles” but it was that horrible hacking coughing fit she kept having that was distracting.

Those are a the different circuit courts with who appointed which judges and who presides over them

Ex,

Alito, presides over 9th circuit

4 Trump, appointees
2 Bush , appointees

3 Obama, appointees
Etc.

As state courts make rulings the appeal goes to State Supreme Court and/or Federal Court.

Those rulings can get appealed to the Circuit Court of Appeals.

Those decisions may then get appealed to US Supreme Court.

Point 1 - if any of the courts put the elector decision back on State Assembly then advantage Trump.

Point 2 - the Circuit Courts for those key states are made up heavier with Republican appointees. Advantage Trump.

Point 3 - the SCOTUS Justices assigned to those Circuits are pro Constitution. Advantage Trump.

Point 4 - SCOTUS is weighted 5-4 in favor of the Constitution. Advantage Trump.

See the pattern. Hence CNN melting down.

Another aspect of this is the abandonment of any pretense to neutrality by the media has left the public with no "third party" to look to for information. The public is left with a choice of believing Biden's camp or Trump's camp.

We hope the courts are not yet so ideologically imprinted that they can still tease out something like the truth, and taken commensurate action in the pursuit of untainted justice.

Your point is very well taken.

There is an acute shortage of objectively vetted factual information. I think the tide is turning on that, but right now it is the perfect environment for emotional dissension based primarily on opinion. It makes it very difficult for the average person who hasn’t done much research to “prove” their argument, or even to know what position to take.

For many Qlue supporters, the hope is that there will be some type of big reveal, declassifying everything, with lots of undeniable evidence spelling out the facts and convincing enough people to move the country towards unity.

But as you suggested, it will still be critical for the courts to put an official stamp of validity on the narrative that is determined-- beyond a reasonable doubt.

Nothing does that like guilty verdicts. 😊
