Or something to that effect? I believe they were taking the 3rd decimal place and transposing them from Biden to Trump. Fractions of votes from each needed precinct would totally add up over time to push Joe over the edge in a highly contested race....

For clarity, I don't think this has anything to do with fractional votes, it's just displayed in a confusing way.

I think it means that Trump has 50.6% of the overall tally and Biden has 45%.

That doesn't change the fact that Trump's went down and Biden's up but thought it's worth making that distinction.

But it does though....

They took .006% of the vote from Trump and directly gave it to Biden. This was just one instance. Imagine this happening all over the place, in every precinct that these machines were used! Perhaps I am way off here, but thats what it looks like to me.

Just weighing in on this.

When you look at the total votes, at time point 188 it´s only 54 more votes than at time point 187. With this small number of votes (out of almost 3 million votes), you can´t shift the percentages from 56.7 to 56 or from 42 to 42.7.

Back to lurking mode....

Great call. I was not able to calc the raw count at the time. Seems to point to shifting values.
