Well, in a nutshell, the state of Texas evaluated last year and said they did NOT recommend Dominion election software citing too many issues & concerns.

- Most PEAs occur before election officially certified by board/chief election official

(2) THE HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT OF 2002 (HAVA)
- Set up after 2000 election to promote confidence


(3) What are provisional ballots, and why are they taking so long to count?
- HAVA 2002 = if an issue with a voter’s ID, registration or other irregularity
- Election officials in most states required to provide them a provisional ballot.
- ballots typically set aside for review & are only counted if deemed valid
- State laws vary, and could take 2 days - 3 weeks for reviewing

Washington Post reads a summary of the Election Cheating/Fraud Affidavits provided by the White House, then runs a big headline saying White House still delivers NO EVIDENCE of Fraud.

If President Trump loses because the Court System has gone down the tubes, it will be time for Patriots to get back at some of the Media Outlets that caused him to not get the victory and landslide he deserved.

If it needs to get to SCOTUS, Trump wins. These states violated their OWN election laws at the 11th hour.

GA = audit
PA = removal of late ballots. Audit may take SCOTUS
WI = expect state legislature to require audit.
MI = expect state to require audit.

I keep thinking about the emergency broadcast system. Combine that with blackout of the internet, and you have a situation where everyone has to look at the TV to find out what is going on. DJT uses his powers to enact the EBS, and all of a sudden, the media and the big tech have no voice.

If the federal government has real evidence that any deep level, widespread electronic voter fraud occurred, it needs to come out today and say so, and give real, hard evidence.

Playing the "let's litigate in each state" game and hope for a good ruling from an adverse court does nothing for me or the American system.

The man is President first, candidate second.

Remember ... it's not "hacked" if the people whose job it was to program it programmed it to do this.

I think it's way too complicated for that. The sensitivities of democrat voters along with the optics are hindering direct confirmation. I myself would love to see it ended right now. I just pray that Good wins out when this sham of an election is over.

Amazing how the left would let this country burn to ashes in their quest for domination. Reminds me of that organization called BAMN.

They hate Trump more than they love America.

Presidents are only temporary....but this new society has made them lazy, impatient, and entitled.

If internet and cable goes down and the Pres needs to use EBS or whatever to speak to us and show us what's going on, what about those of us who have cut the cord, are internet only and have no cable running into our TV''s? There has to be other people on here in the same boat as me. Would we see or be able to access the EBS?
