I think it varies state to state. Anywhere from 1.0 to 0.1 percent

So, an incentive to deliver more fake ballots, to push the total beyond the recount threshold?

i cant find how close the election is though. Does anyone know how to calculate that?

Divide by a number which brings one of the factors to a multiple of 10/100/1000

May have been a test run to see what feedback they receive. The media has become so emboldened and drunk on power that they've decided they will install the next president and damn anyone who doesn't go along with their narrative.

Not the same.
The headstone dates in photo match for Gen. Flynn's grandfather:

Frank Arland Andrews, Sr.
born: Tennessee
born: Feb 14, 1896
died: July 18, 1967

He is Helen Frances (Andrews) Flynn's father.
Rest in Peace.
Continued prayers for the Flynn family.

Different military hero:
Frank Maxwell Andrews was born in Nashville, TN on Feb 3, 1884.
He was in the US Army, and the namesake of Andrews Air Force Base.

The Man Who Would Be Ike
He was moved around a lot in WW2, also guarded the Panama Canal for 2 years.
Historians speculate a lot of "what ifs", he had survived the 1943 plane crash.
Including being destined to lead Operation Overlord / D-Day commander (not Ike)
Interesting read, including some of his thoughts on the European theater

Besides the name, Nashville, TN and July 18 offer more strange coincidence:

Tennessee’s Largest Newspaper Runs Ad Claiming “Islam” Will Nuke Nashville In July
- Islam is going to blow up Nashville on July 18 based on “Bible prophecy.”
