Re: True & Fair Coverage
This stops mattering at SCOTUS. Normally stops at Circuit level.
SCOTUS stared into the eyes of a global pandemic that is hyper emotionalized by MSM and ruled on the side of religious freedom. Let that sink in.
Now, think how they will rule on Constitutionality of how these rogue states corrupted their own voting laws? That’s a parking ticket ruling compared to global pandemic/religious freedoms ruling.
Harmeet K. Dhillon @pnjaban · 8h 4/ These are serious allegations, and maybe the evidence (some of it filed and some of it under seal provisionally) will persuade. Either of these big themes would be enough to change the election results given the narrow margin for Biden. To me, the easiest way to reach that...

Yeah that sounds great and all, but the Conservatives currently hold a large majority and they’re going to have to stick together if they have any hope of keeping the Presidency. I’d love for everyone to come together as one, but that’s not our reality. The Dems made this bed, now they get to lie in it. Anyways, the Constitution is on the side of the Conservatives this time around, so hopefully partisan politics and the Constitution can be on the same page for once.
Not exactly holding my breath on this one though...
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin is moving $455 billion in unspent stimulus money into a fund that the incoming Biden administration cannot deploy without Congress, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday.
It will leave Mnuchin's likely successor, Janet Yellen, with only $80 billion in relief funds at her discretion.
Experts say Mnuchin's move greatly limits the tools available to the Biden administration to manage the economic fallout of the pandemic.

This week, HMRC shared research carried out on over 1000 businesses during late 2018. The questions were all focused on their awareness of the Corporate Criminal Offences (CCO) that were part of the Criminal Finances Act 2017.
CCO was introduced 18 months ago and designed to drive a “behavioural shift among companies and partnerships to take an active and increased responsibility for preventing the facilitation of tax evasion”. The objective of this research was to examine the extent to which this has been successful.
Luxfer and its subsidiary companies have a zero-tolerance approach to tax evasion and the facilitation of tax evasion, whether under UK law or under the law of any foreign country.
The Criminal Finances Act came into effect in the UK in 2017 and facilitated the reinforcement of policies against the act of or facilitation of tax evasion. Luxfer has an expectation of compliance with all laws relevant to countering tax evasion, including the Criminal Finances Act 2017.
All Luxfer personnel are responsible for the success of this policy and should ensure they use it to disclose any suspected danger or wrongdoing.

So did anybody else see how Sidney Powell made all sorts of spelling errors in her “Kraken” GA lawsuit? The word “District” is grossly misspelled in the first 2 lines of the document. What’s up with that? More intentional spelling errors to get the media to report on something they otherwise would have ignored? We’ve seen this happening a lot lately, and normally you would think they’d go thru these things with a fine toothed comb to insure there are no glaring, elementary errors like were now seeing.
Very curious....
