1 he’s an embarrassment of a president.
2 his stupid Twitter account.
3 the guy is still a clown.
4 no respect for traditions or customs, and in many ways he is out of his league.

1 I disagree.
2 I disagree again.
3 Orange maybe, but not clown.
4 Ludacris to all three.

But I do THANK YOU for not voting for Biden/Harris who would turn our country commie.

Yep. Once in a while I like to get in a political thread and make a mess.

Okay. Do you.

Now, talking seriously, I think if you want to refuse affiliation to a party, the worst thing to do is join another party.

Well... um... I guess the operative word is "a" as in "a party"... or, in this case, the in-operative word, since it's ambiguous. If someone wants to refuse affiliation to any party, then yeah, joining another party would defeat that purpose. If one just wants to refuse affiliation to a specific party, then joining a different party is still accomplishing the goal.

In my case, I am officially registered as "unaffiliated." As about a quarter of our state's registered voters are. Candidates have to actually court our votes and earn their votes. It isn't handed to them on the proverbial red or blue platter.

Third party voting, yes you most likely won't win but you might help them achieve 5% of the vote which gets federal funding for 4 years allowing them to fight for seats in congress or state legislature on more even footing.

Well said!
There is so much at stake this election. It's baffling to me that people say Trump is the same as the progressives. If you were to say dems and republicans are the same I would mostly agree, look at the 'Lincoln project' never Trump repubs.. I consider them all globalist's and part of the same cabal.

Call me nuts but I truly believe Trump is a different animal, look at the hate he gets from BOTH sides. Is he perfect? # no, but his ACTIONS line up far more with my beliefs than anybody from the globalist/progressive side.

This election is too important to virtue signal your vote.

Biden is a bit different than Trump.

Only in the mind of a blind, cult following tRumpy-knob slobbing pathetic excuse for an American.

THERE ARE ZERO CHOICES FROM THE 2 PARTIES.

But. you keep blowing on old tRumpy though, the rest of TRUE Americans have to find a way out of the sh!tsh0w.

you seem to have your man bun in a twist sally. I'm just glad I have a "true American" here to set me straight.

I voted for her too, I stopped voting for the Giant Douche or Turd Sandwich years ago.

Enjoy the 'you wasted your vote' comments.

The wasted votes comments use to piss me off, but now I just feel sorry for people who are boxed into that belief system. We need more third party votes and better options outside of the D’s and the R’s to choose from.

Trump is neither and he is hated by both sides. He ran as a Republican so he would have a real shot at winning. The classic party line republicans hate him.
Trump is the realistic 3rd party vote.

How is your conscious clean. This election was not about voting for Trump or Biden. This elections is about voting to keep our rights and to protect free speech from being censured. Its about holding the media accountable for abandoning the concept of protecting the American people from tyranny in government. A years time if Above Top Secret and other sites like it are being banned and the conservatism has been labeled extremism then what? You can say well I was neutral and didn't care if government took away our rights or corruption was confirmed as rampant for 40 plus years with one of the candidates.

Forgive me for being so vocal, but Americans really need to wake up and stop letting our rights be diminished. What will you do when its no longer rumors based upon solid evidence and it becomes reality.

Wake up people the oldest news paper in the US was recently censored and thousands have been censored and we decide its OK to be neutral today?

Whats your conscious say if Biden wins and our kids are put back out to fight endless wars and they're coming home broken. Well sleep at night with those thoughts and for every kid that comes home screwed up just remember you were neutral and you didn't give a damn.

Freedom of speech goes both ways. I chose to speak with my vote. Trump has not drained the swamp and all he's done with lobbyists is reward the ones he likes the most. He's furthered the divide between the left and the right and made America the laughing stock of the world with his COVID response. I stand by my very well thought opinion created with facts and not ideological talking points.

What does this even mean?

You didnt vote for Jo. You voted against Trump and Biden. In so doing, have given tacit approval to either evil

Its ok to do this, but be honest about it and dont think you have any actual virtue to signal.

I feel sorry for you if that's your perspective. Truly. That's such a sad way to view it.

Good for you on voting.
I don't care who you vote for, you do you, I do me.
The only way that we can break the two party stranglehold on the electorate is to have a majority vote for someone other than the two major parties.

1. Trump may be a great leader to some but he’s an embarrassment of a president. He may have done a lot more good than he gets credit for, but he ruins it with his stupid Twitter account and his smug attitude. I know the liberal media has been at war with him since day 1 and I hate them even more for it....but the guy is still a clown. He has no dignity, no respect for traditions or customs, and in many ways he is out of his league. With all that said, if it was just him and Biden, I would choose Trump.

2. Biden is a representative of the greater evil in American politics. He’s corrupt, he is creepy, and his greatest accomplishment is sniffing the coattails of President Obama. What’s worse is his VP nominee is exactly what I hope to never see in the White House. With Biden’s dementia and collapsing criminal enterprise, there’s no doubt in my mind that if he wins she will be President.

You did not think this through. You think you did, but you didn't put any rational thought into it. Sadly, for most people, these little protest votes boil down to one thing: you just wanted to feel special. My brother did this last election, and in the intervening 4 years, he realized how silly it is. You know Trump has been an effective leader, but you threw your vote away for silly reasons that have nothing to do with policy or who is the better candidate.

And no, my vote for JoJo isn’t a vote for Biden...so don’t try to play that card.

Yes, it is. You obviously favor Trump over Biden, so if you voted rationally it would've been a vote for Trump. That vote would've helped him win. Without that vote, it makes it easier for Biden to win. You are helping Biden win. That's a simple fact that cannot be disputed.

I get it. Most of my political views are libertarian. I'd pay real money for a viable libertarian candidate. We don't have one this year, so the logical thing to do is to limit the damage. A Biden presidency will do much more damage to libertarian ideals than Trump will. So I'm voting Trump. We can cry all day about how it shouldn't be a two-choice election, but it is. Work on fixing that in the 4 years before the next election. Now is not the time, especially with how radical the authoritarian Left has become.

Vote with your brain, don't just try to be trendy.

Trendy...that's cute. A couple notes:

I don't choose to follow any one political party. How can you honestly say that everything you believe in falls in line with your polotical party of choice? If you do, then you're a part of a cult, not a political party. I vote based on who I think is best for the job. IF Trump and Biden were the only two names on the ballot, I would be forced to pick Trump over Biden. But luckily, here in the ole' U.S. of A, I have more options than just those two.

I actually went to JoJo's website, I looked up her policy's, her history, and everything else I could find out about her and it's simple....4 years of her would be emphatically better than 4 more years of Trump or Biden. Period. Don't try to lecture me on how I came to make my choice when you know nothing of who I am or how I choose to make my vote. I'm not a mindless drone who follows the orders of a political party or media outlet.

If Joe beats Trump by less votes than any 3rd party candidate has then you are complicit in getting him into office.

That's not how this works.

Our numbers are increasing... those who work for a living especially need to own their vote and make the candidate work for their vote. Critters become too big for their britches when the know their votes are practically guaranteed.

I think you voted wisely, in avoiding those two.

In my country, I also did not vote for either of the major parties. My candidate didn't get in, but my conscience is clear.

A vote is a vote. It isn't wasted if you voted for whom you believed was the optimal candidate.

"To all those who say..."I'd vote for anyone but TRUMP... I can't stand him!!" or "I can't believe you're voting for Trump!" Well, folks listen up! This is not a jr. high or high school popularity/personality election!! I'm not just voting for the person, I'm voting for the platform! I'm voting for the second Amendment. I'm voting for the next supreme court justice. I'm voting for the electoral college and the Republic we live in. I'm voting for the Police, and law and order. I'm voting for the military and the veterans who fought for and died for this Country. I'm voting for the Flag that is always missing from the Democratic background. I'm voting for the right to speak my opinion and not be censored. I’m voting for secure borders. I’m voting for the right to praise my God without fear. I’m voting for every unborn soul the Democrats want to abort. I’m voting for freedom and the American Dream. I’m voting for good and against evil. I'm not just voting for one person, I'm voting for the future of my COUNTRY !!!!!!!!"
