Which lawsuits should the DOJ actively assign DOJ lawyers, resources, and financial backing without discrimination against those they cannot back.

All the ones they never filed to stop 'non-essential' people from pursing their livelihoods.

What group of people were not represented by the placed lawsuits in what states. And unrepresented groups in states were lawsuits found the extended lockdowns unconstitutional still benefited even though not being named in the lawsuit.

Snow storms, hurricanes and other natural disasters are short term and impacts everyone...

There you go, Sparky! You got it! They impact EVERYONE.

The shutdowns impacted NOT EVERYONE.

You finally win the comprehension prize.

What? No. For example. I have a four wheel drive and never been stopped by the snow. But I still fall under stay at hone orders.

Dude, you answered your own argument in the post I quoted last.

The mic has been dropped. Deal with it.

State one emergency law where everyone has to be impacted the same for it to be implicated.

Now answer the question.

State one emergency law where everyone has to be impacted the same for it to be implicated.

Says the guy who just shot down his own argument.

Thanks for that though, too bad it took me 6 posts to your 1,000 to get here. What a waste of time.

I did not shoot down my argument.

Please cite and quote where I ever stated a emergency law was only constitutional if it applied to everyone equally.

Please cite wording in any emergency powers law were it can only be implicated in everyone is impacted equally.

No emergency or catastrophe will ever impact all people of a state or city equally.

Then if your not lying. You should be able to cite and quote where I made the claim an emergency has to impact everyone equally for emergency powers to be constitutional.

It's 'you're'.

When you pointed out the natural disaster piece and who it impacts.

Again. No “natural” disaster ever effects all persons equally or the same in a state or in a city.

Please quote and cite were I posted otherwise. If you cannot. Your constructing an argument on a lie.

The disaster itself doesn't but the shutdowns do. If there is a mandated business closure it impacts all private citizens.

But hey, keep advocating for that tasty bootlicking.

Again. I never said I supported the lock downs.

Please quote any post where I stated I supported the lockdowns.

So. Your caught in a lie. Now a false accusation.

Now.

Please cite wording in any emergency powers law were it can only be implicated if everyone is impacted equally.

You arguing the anti position shows you do. It's okay, government needs people like you to carry it's water.

Again. The context is you wrongly accusing Trump as the reason for the lockdowns.

So now. One lie. Two false accusations.

Once again, you arguing that everything was handled well by the Department of Justice and the President shows you do.

It's okay, I get it. Not everyone likes equality of treatment.

Quote where I made such a statement. The context is you implying Trump was the reason for the lockdowns, and the DOJ had zero involvement with combating the lockdowns.
