Suppose it is propaganda, but its also sound advice.

It's not the memes we seem to have a problem with but a dangerous pathogen in spades.

To my mind, there are not 42,000+ dead people down to memes or colourful language for that matter.

Take it for the spirit in which it was offered, or not.

It's hardly dangerous. Sure, it is fatal and dangerous to the old and inferm, so measures should be in place to look after them. But for us all to enter the shelter? No need.
