Yes, but, this one is special and from what briefly I read will change numbers and in this pic look to be covered/obscured.
That plane pic looks like a United States Air Force Boeing C-32B.

There is only 2 in existence designated C-32B.

INFO: The 227th Special Operations Flight at McGuire Air Force Base, N.J., has two modified C-32B aircraft supporting specialist worldwide airlift operations (c/n 25493 & 25494). These are the only U.S Air Force C-32B in existence although both aircraft have been associated with a multiple of registrations.

I remember that month well, because John Huber was scheduled to appear before Congress along with five whistleblowers against the Clinton Foundation.

John Huber never showed up that day and everything fell apart. Huge disappointment.
