1) The TYPO is I'LL-equipped corrected to ILL-equipped:
a) LIL is short for LILIBET which is Queen Elizabeth's childhood "pet name"! To add; "L'il" is english slang for little.

b) Further, I think that i'll-equipped means Queen Elizabeth's P*do team because; equipe is French for team and ped for p*do.

Does this just mean baiting Prince Andrew into a trap? Or Andrew, Harry and Phillip? Or trapping their Canada children operations too?

If President Trump were to mandate that everyone wear a mask when around other people, the media and Democrats would start pointing out how most masks aren't really that good....how they cause extra Co2 (Carbon Monoxide) to be re-inhaled, and how they are not recommended, like the CDC said in March...and during the H1N1 epidemic.
