"Today the Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, announce a $138 million contract with ApiJect Systems America for “Project Jumpstart” and “RAPID USA,” which together will dramatically expand U.S. production capability for domestically manufactured, medical-grade injection devices starting by October 2020.

The contract also enables ApiJect Systems America to accelerate the launch of RAPID USA manufactured in new and permanent U.S.-based BFS facilities with the ultimate production goal of over 500 million prefilled syringes (doses) in 2021. This effort will be executed initially in Connecticut, South Carolina and Illinois, with potential expansion to other U.S.-based locations.

The new consortium, called RAPID — Rapid Aseptic Packaging of Injectable Drugs — will be created and managed by ApiJect Systems America. I have advised many, many governments in times of crisis. What Trump has done is actually necessary. The media has so mentally terrorized the population that you do see people driving in their cars alone still wearing a mask. As one reader put it, they probably also sleep alone at night with both a mask and a condom just to be safe. These people are hopeless. You will never convince them it is safe to go outside without a mask. Even the CDC has come out at stated: “There’s no good reason to use these masks except psychologically you think you’re doing something.” If Trump said get some sunlight it is good for you, they would only go out at night.

Everything is topsy turvy. It occurs, that Trumps opposition in the public realm reject everything he says and does... most of them are extremely pro vaccine. What happens when Trump says "I have a vaccine for you". Do they then start to question the vaccine, or embrace it?
Can't have it both ways. Just thoughts.

Maybe something to keep in mind is that there have been persistent rumors lately that they intend to fully disclose ET this July. Rumors that the fireworks display will have something to do with it.

If there's any truth to all of that I would imagine that they will have had all the corruption disclosure stuff finished by then. ET would be the final batch, imo.

The final week in that drop (provided there are no gaps between weeks) begins on July 5th. The day after the independence day celebration.

One thing putting the DOD in the middle is that it removes Pharma's exclusive control. It also puts "testing" in play, as the DOD would, or could, reQuire far more information then "trust us we're with the software guy."

As I understand it, Space Force rewrites the hierarchy of the traditional DOD defense system. This might suggest a new game entirely that we can't see yet.

The elephant in the room are the mask wearing compliant. While their implied consent is no longer in charge, it does seem to be an impediment at the moment. The reason, they needed to see this horror.
