UPDATE:
So, my friend's uncle who was expected to pass away last evening from the virus has not died. They gave him some meds that he is responding to positively and he is being transferred to a bigger Boston hospital I guess.
This is very good news because we were told he was a goner last evening.
What meds? This inside knowledge is invaluable. Keep us posted!

Last month, New York City Health officials told people that coronavirus was nothing to be concerned about. To go ahead and attend their festivals.

Am I nuts or is the CFR gone up dramatically? Currently at 13%. I swear it was at 8% or 9% on Friday.
On a good note, we've eclipsed 100K recovered.

I'm not giving out that info.
I'm a member of a ct website that I post on regularly.
Can you blame me for being paranoid.

Sure... Italy's hospitals...
Never mind, I'll let BrennanHuff11 explain it to you, since he beat me to it responding to someone else.

Update from Virginia and Shenzen:
As this week starts, I am seeing a significant change here. Understand, my business circle has always been heavy on work from home, and Wife has always worked at least 50% from home. Last week was more confusion and distraction than work. This week, we are both seeing business resuming. We are both thinking that we better lock down, get our productivity back up, and quit obsessing over CV19 info too much.
Also, I received an exceptionally nice personal note from a Shenzen equipment supplier inquiring how life was on our side, telling me that they are slowly getting back up and running, and offering to "find and ship masks or anything else you need for business". No price or description. I read it as genuine concern for a customer, and an offer to help in any way they could.
Some of our US vendors have also reached out today, indicating they have their ducks in order and are ready to get materials in motion again.
From my perspective, we are adapting. But, I gotta get my butt back in high speed with work.
