Not that I know off
I have however had some sort of illness for roughly 8 weeks, not sure if it was two or I just haven’t kicked the virus or whatever it is, coughing sneezing on off body chills and aches like I’m about to get a fever but don’t, so not sure what’s going on however there is currently CoronaVirus 10 miles away from me, I’m in the U.K.

A guy from around here has been confirmed. He works at a casino nearby and was at a high school sports game. Worse yet, he got it in the community. And worse yet... my good friend fell ill a few days ago with shortness of breath. He went to the emergency room and tested negative for flu, but had pneumonia and a high white blood cell count. The hospital gave him the Coronavirus test, and home-isolated him. Worse yet, I've been in close contact with him.
At any rate, it spreads exponentially and has failed containment, so I suspect it will be near you shortly, too!

Thay is the same thing rolling around my house.
Kids get it, shake it a bit, one of us gets it, shakes it off a bit. Then I'll be damned if the kids don't get something again.
I'm pretty tired of it all actually.

It is still just the flu, it is not a death sentence.
Relax.
Wash your hands and face more often.
Take your vitamins, drink fluids, get your sleep, and keep your immune system up.
I tend to shun doctors, and ride it out if I get sick, that being said:
If you start to feel sick, don’t be a hero and wait it out, go get checked out.
Don’t freak out, it will be okay.

Pretty much 100% what you’re describing
Kids all have it too, I’m now up trying to get back to sleep after a coughing fit occurring in the kids room, I’ve never known it this bad
Last night I did have some breathing issues, very slight mind, that could be made better with breathing exercises, mild chest pains
Just wish it would go now it’s wearing me down tbh
Call ahead to a healthcare professional if you develop a fever1 and symptoms of respiratory illness, such as cough or difficulty breathing, and have been in close contact2 with a person known to have COVID-19 or if you live in or have recently traveled to an area with ongoing spread. Tell your healthcare professional about your recent travel or contact. Your healthcare professional will work with your state’s public health department and CDC to determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19.
Stay home except to get medical care
People who are mildly ill with COVID-19 are able to isolate at home during their illness. You should restrict activities outside your home, except for getting medical care. Do not go to work, school, or public areas. Avoid using public transportation, ride-sharing, or taxis.
Maybe it was the Costco in Seattle ... some kind of main warehouse and they ran out of a bunch of items .... like toilet paper and bottled water. We still have toilet paper where we live 🤪 but we are going to see what our local Costco has in the way of necessary items. I’m in a community where we have well water which does not have fluoride. That’s the nice thing about living in the mountains.

Still think this is going to be old forgotten news in a few weeks. Like the swine flu, bird flu, etc.
Man, I really hope so. I'm treating this entire thing very similar to how I treat my high blood pressure. I'm not over-worrying myself to the point of freaking out like some are when they hit the stores and threaten violence(some CostCo people have mentioned customers have threatened to shoot up the place if they don't get the items they need, no link, it's what I've heard their employees have told some of their customers), but I'm also not going to act like it's nothing because, well, because I really don't want to get sick by this. It's bad enough having to avoid everyone when it's flu season, let alone something this aggressive.

I believe I am battling it at the moment - I have called our NHS 111 service and spoken with a Dr who confirmed that I and my little boy have all the symptoms of Covid-19 however their ‘hands were tied’ in terms of being allowed to test me because I have neither travelled nor had known contact.
I am a nurse, however, in a public facing role but that’s apparently not enough to test.
Symptoms wise, I’ve had high temperatures, dry cough, painful chest and achey joints. The cough has subsided a bit but terrible headache and pain behind eyes plus zero energy. Been in bed for 4 days now and just want to sleep.
Person who I share an office with has also come down with this very rapidly after having contact with me at work onMonday as my symptoms started...
I’m confident we will fight this and I’ve had flu about 15 years ago that was similar BUT I have no nasal congestion like regular ‘flu- it’s just been a dry painful cough with a chest that emits sounds like bagpipes!
So it may just be a bog standard ‘flu but I am fit, healthy with a strong immune system -have had my flu jabs and haven’t had ‘flu for many years....coincidence?!?!
