You're totally right. Everyone should rush right to his bedside and nurse him in person!

What else are they supposed to do? They aren't his doctors, so that's the best they can do is pray.

Good evening / good morning ATS folks.
I have an update, but I'll think I post it in a bit.

Earlier in the day I posted in about 3 hours something will happen that was going to be ground breaking news world wide.
I waited till now and now you'll find out that there was no mention of one of them on the main news, can you guess why? MONEY,the other one is different.
Here are 3 threads : I was surprised very few took it seriously. But it doesn't matter now since you now get to know this.
www.abovetopsecret.com...
www.abovetopsecret.com...
www.abovetopsecret.com...

Please read this one here if it were you working and you have a child in school. (the younger ones put more thought to it )

Japan now has closed all elementary, junior high and high schools and handicap education schools. Nation wide.
Well, what does this mean: some one in the family now has to quit working and watch over them, big, very big unemployment situation here (think now of your country) many of these workers work in the health industry, so now we are going to face a real shortage of health industry workers. Oh, my goodness

OK. the other big one which is truly on the MONEY side also is this: but can you get this, non of this was mentioned on prime time nightly news tonight, can you guess why...

a lady at a very major big bank was working while being infected. THIS IS BIG NEWS
think of the change reaction to this, from the manager to the IT person and staff and their clients

BANK, I hope you all see the writing on the wall
are you now going to withdraw money while you can
its all happening in front of us

I wonder why President was so cool today, remember he said he had 40 people in the other room and they know what they are doing.

That my ATS friends is the news of wait till 3 more hours from me. it was street talk, but now it was on tv.

I'm truly sorry if you think I'm spreading fear, but tonight may have been the wife's last day in the teaching field till things cool down. So yes, my post are about someone that is being affected by the corona virus. And by the way, here they still are using the name corona virus.

cashless society is in the making, money can carry the virus, but we all know that

It was breaking news right then!

So what did you expect? None of them are going to go off-the-cuff at that moment. None of them have had a chance to look at the information surrounding circumstance to see what it really means, and they don't know exactly what it really means.

The best they could say is, "Uh, I don't know ..." And then you'd be blasting them for looking ignorant about it.

Please spare me your arguments. You are wrong. Read the articles. They knew last weekend. Test was requested and denied by CDC, with them later agreeing on Sunday. Lab was back yesterday confirming infection. Do you really expect us to believe the CDC approved the test on the second attempt but said 'hey lets wait to figure out how this person got it, we dont know if they even have it yet. " The articles came out during the briefing. It takes a couple minutes to write an article, much longer to get all the facts for the article.

Doesn't sound very CDC to me.

They knew.

Again, they suspected, but they hadn't tested. The lab with confirmation came back yesterday.

So they did not "know". They suspected. And confirmation was working through the system.

But I guess it would have been better for the president to run with incomplete information, "We have a case we aren't sure about in California. WE ARE GOING TO DIE!"

I'm sure that would have been much, much better.

Now... on an individual level...... 99% are fat slobs with compromised immune systems and cant run a mile whithout fainting

Hey now,

This fat slob just put on his American made work boots. Got out of his American made work car and is in the process of building America, being in the construction field that is. I was personally a part of building two of the largest hospitals in this region. I'm not trying to toot my own horn, I am only pointing out that you dont have to be an exercise junky to attempt to do good.

All I am trying to say is that I hate running, and that I am doing more to try to make America a good place for my children to grow up and have a chance at a better life than I have. Oh, and I pay a lot in taxes so people have the right to be "fat slobs" if they choose to be.

This virus is one thing that everyone should be concerned about, whether you are super healthy or a fat slob. I personally know a healthy person that has died from the flu and know several more that have had hospital stays this year alone. While it does help to be healthy, it doesn't always matter when it comes to viruses.

Not offended, just sayin.

The 38 year old competition runner in Italy that was killed by the virus probably thought he was in good shape too.
We only live once, may as well enjoy it!

So here is thing....there are literally already HUNDREDS of people infected with coronavirus in the USA.

This is a fact.

No, this is your opinion. There could be 50. There could be hundreds. There could be many thousands.

We ... don't ... know.

The CDC should have started testing along time ago.

The've been testing the people they think need testing.

they know this as a fact and will limit the amount of testing to decrease the potential of mass panic

Decreasing mass panic is a good thing.

Answer me this...

What difference does it make? It is here. We know the symptoms. We have a good idea of the ones at considerable risk, and the ones who are at very low risk.

Lets focus on our loved ones who are at greater risk, and be vigilant.

That’s why we got the warning shot from the cdc yesterday.

No, what that was was Rod Rosensteins sister trying to create anti-Trump bias in hopes that he will lose re-elecetion, and RR and his buddies will get away with their seditious actions.

They are desperate.

May be......

Did this virus get engineered (looks that way) using a bit of HIV, Sars etc to depopulate the planet of the weak, ill and over 60's be it in wave one, two or 3. The incubation period is looking like up to 28 days, tests can multiple times show negative and then after 16 days take another test and it shows positive. Appears like a very well thought out design to ensure the virus is not easy detectable, goes pervasive, can infect others under the radar and go round again to kill some that survived the first wave. In theory one could recover from it twice and then get wacked on the 3rd run.

A virus wouldn't be this clever and effective if it formed naturally because this virus has an ideal tool set and just the job for a depop bio-weapon. How many could die world wide in a year if it continues spreading at the rate it is? And that would just be wave 1. How many people worldwide are over 60? If the mort rate is 1 in 4 over 60 of each wave then you do the numbers, 3 waves and thats 3 out of 4 dead over 60's over 3 years, again do the numbers.

3 years from now depop mission 1 effective. etc

People think this about AIDS too, but it is something mother nature cooked up on her own.

Either way, I think most people understand that sprinkling some socialism on top of a pandemic won't make things better.

I'd like to believe that. I choose to believe that.

But, the American Electorate has let me down many, many times in my life - in fact, virtually every time, until Trump was elected.

Look at it this way - if they institute plague rationing, that's socialism at its finest. People may discover that being equally miserable isn't all it's made out to be and lose their enthusiasm for big government control, central planning and rationing before it's all said and done.

If they really want to make a life-saving choice for the benefit of people, they will use at least some funds to expand ICU beds wherever possible. I mean, quality, ICU beds, in isolated wards, manned by the tech, nursing, and physician staff needed to keep the serious cases from going critical.

Actually, what they should do is take this opportunity to at least try some alternative/natural methods that are known to work extremely well against similar things (flu).

IV high-dose Vit C, IV H2O2, Ozone Autohemotherapy, Oregano oil.

I mean, seriously, the only reason not to do this is ... money.

Don't agree. This is no naturally occurring virus! Its too exact in terms of how an engineered bio-weap would be. Too elusive. It has a wish list tool set!! And when I say HIV I don't mean aids but maybe a component part. A bit of sars, a bit of hiv, a bit of siph etc etc. Its now infecting boys under 10 in Japan and a 38 year Italian runner died. China says it will all be under control end of April. Well do the sums and they will astound you. Its not doom porn but this virus is something else. Woman recovers then goes home and gets re-infected. And what are the long term implications. Siph goes dormant in the body and can come back and kill you later.

I think he is going to slightly downplay the situation. He is going to tell us not to panic and he trusts us that we will all make sound choices.

I'm curious - what, exactly, do you think he should say?

Ok ... so when the pandemic comes we'll just stack patients on cots in the hallway. That worked out super well during Spanish Flu too.

Maybe so. One needed to start 2 years ago to have the increase in beds that will be needed now. One option is to convert beds for cancer patients, heart patients, kidney patients , etc to beds for people with the virus. All elective surgeries will be cancelled. Prioritize the virus over everything else. If it is a national crisis then all other medical conditions must wait. Can't have it both ways. I'm at the extreme as I write this. I'm sure there is some middle ground but people will have to get together and make hard life threatening decisions on how existing beds will be used. I'm not optimistic that will happen and if it does it won't last because everyone will want an exception.

NOW you are talking. IMHO this is what needs to happen. The non-virus patients will need to avoid the hospitals anyway, as that is where the exposure to infected patients will be at high risk of happening.

Were they all tested 4-8 times, when the umbra of the moon aligns with the vestiges of a lost planet and pixie dust was sprinkled just to be sure for verification?

This is an important point.

If the tests are unreliable, that means that some, or even many, people who test positive, are false positives.

So, forget testing. Inform, advise everyone of the risk factors and high risk groups (older, especially with underlying health conditions, and ramp up bigly to deal with the ones who get really sick and need significant treatment.

Corona could be literally like 9/11

Maybe. But the numbers and situation (very low percentage of infected people with serious illness/deaths) currently says otherwise.
