Renowned veterinary and medical schools. A lot of international students.

I have friends in the west side of the state and there was a big exposure at a school event last weekend. Only 1 case, but likely to spread... know more in a week.

I got the distinct impression that most of what he says he is reading a teleprompter. What that says is he is not fully on board with the knowledge to be able to tick it off the top of his head. The first video I saw of him, I thought deep fake almost instantly. But the audio was out of sync a bit, so I chalked it up to that.

Charles K. Edwards, a former Acting Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has been indicted on 16 counts relating to a scheme to steal software and databases containing the personal information of government employees so he could sell an enhanced version of that software to the Department of Agriculture, the Justice Department announced on Friday.

The DHS Office of the Inspector General is tasked with providing independent oversight of the Department of Homeland Security. For the 2020 fiscal year, it had a budget of $51.7 billion.

Edwards worked for the federal government for 20 years and resigned his post at DHS in December 2013, just three days before a hearing before the Senate where he was due to answer questions, according to the Post.

In April, 2014, a Senate oversight panel found that Edwards had “jeopardized the independence” of the DHS Office of Inspector General after investigating whistleblower allegations that he had abused government resources and maintained inappropriate personal friendships with senior DHS officials.

This morning, 3/11/2020, the Senate investigation into Joe-Hunter-Burisma could potentially enter a new, critical phase.

The first order of business for the Senate Homeland Security Committee will be to VOTE on whether or not to issue a subpoena for a key witness involved with Joe Biden firing the Ukrainian Prosecutor who was investigated Burisma Holdings, where Hunter Biden sat on the board, earning $50,000 a month for doing almost nothing.
