Here's hoping you are all well or as well as you can be.

As I look out my window, I see the once barren trees now budding with lovely green leaves, flowers pushing up from the earth and blooming, birds singing in the branches and flying in the blue sky and it a wonderful sign of re-birth and new beginnings.

Breath deep the fresh Spring air, cherish being alive and having this sacred space in our magical realm. Have a beautiful day my Loves!

Nope but glad you like it. I mostly draw rather than paint but I may share some of my own work someday.

Then take a sip of tea (remarking that it's a tad too hot, accompanied by a scowl that could turn grapes into raisins) before resuming your ATS time.

Assuming you are me and have said this to your (my) wife, duck in 3....2....1....

I'm not in here to brag but I just ran 2.4 miles and I felt as if I could've continued running. This body still has some surprises in it. I wonder if my mind does, too?

I had a weird encounter yesterday. I was sitting at a picnic table outside of work farting around on my phone and waiting until it was time to go in, I looked up and saw a squirrel just standing there not even three feet away just looking at me intently like it wanted something. I said hi to it (yeah I talk to animals) and asked what it wanted. I reached to the bag that had my lunch so I could get some crackers out for it and it ran off down a walkway that leads to the entrance I use to go in. I got up an looked down the walkway and saw it standing on its back paws and looking in the glass door. It noticed me watching and took off. I don't know what that was all about but for a few seconds it felt like I was going to be given a quest.

I just love squirrels! Every once in a while I'll come across an extra curious one around the yard. They will stand on their hind legs and stare for quite some time. Soooo cute!

Hi Night Star. Late night here, per usual.

I loved watching Gordi The Drummers videos and they made me feel like it may be ok to post personal music.

Been busy. My little bro came over the other night and this is one of the ones we came up with.

I know, not original song choice at first I questioned, and the mix is absurd but we just did it in one night and then one night of messing with it last night...I really shouldn't post it yet it is very unfinished but here is where I've been this week!

We were thinking of my two heroes (in the pic) and we just did it.
