Hey SkepticOverlord,
I have to ask you hypothetical question. Suppose if John Titor is real, do you believe his American Civil War of 2005 is to take place in our world-line? If no or yes, why?
The reason I ask, Titor does undoubtedly describes that if he goes forward in our world-line it is not his future.
I would think obviously our future would be somewhat different.
I'm guessing the clock is to antagonize the Titorites and those in between. Or simply for this thread lol?
John Titor
"I realize my claims are a bit ridiculous but my intent is not really to be believed."
"In my travels, I have discovered that most people really don’t want to know about the future because if its different than what they want it ticks them off. Actually, I don’t blame them."
"My goal is not to be believed. Most people do not take news of the war very well but I find that everyone believes it's inevitable. Even in your own history, are not great inventions and discoveries made during a time of war in your effort to kill and maim in new and more efficient ways?"
John Titor
"By 2008, I would say the civil conflict is pretty much at everyone's doorstep."
"The year 2008 was a general date by which time everyone will realize the world they thought they were living in was over."
"Can anyone tell me how many companies in the United States still manufacture bicycle tires today? Anyone who still has a bike in 2008 will find out."

But, they obviously can't and though they can shout as many times that there are “so many holes” in Titor's chronicles, they cannot show them. And the purported "holes" on this thread have been "pwnd" easily. One only has to read this entire thread…

“"Most" publicly generated power is through very efficient solar cells. On a local or household level, there is steam, hydro and inversion generation. There is a debate on using a singularity to generate power.”

“Yes.”
Q: Do people know where you are? Can you communicate with your home?
No. They do not know where I am and I cannot communicate with them. Interesting idea though. From their point of view, I will return almost exactly at the same moment I left. From their viewpoint, I will only have aged more than expected.

So many inventions we have that we take for granted are created by a necessity, which only increases during wartime. Once the scientists involved at CERN will do their discovery I don't think this exciting project will be cancelled during or after wartime. Throughout history, military technology has been the driving force of technological advancement. And if a war gets really bad, scientists and engineers will have to work overtime to make our technology better. That's what I call logic.

Because a growing number (at least 78 this year 2005) of unarmed, defenseless US civilians such as children, pregnant women, the physically and/or mentally disabled as well as the elderly were killed and have become victims to unjustified and proven to be lethal and damaging excruciating pain inflicting newly developed tasers which supposed to be "non-lethal" and NOT damaging.
And this all by the hands of their own officers of the law who were supposed to protect them instead of killing and damaging them!
As I have answered before, it has become a national issue now and will grow worse!

No need to "play semantics and split hairs" here syrinx, because as before has been shown, there's only one way to interpret what Titor meant.
John Titor specifically named the official Olympics of 2004 and thereafter. The official 2004 Olympics was in Greece (Athens). Greece did NOT pass the torch to Italy (Torino) in 2006 but to China (Beijing) in 2008.
John Titor
"As a result of the many conflicts, no, there were no official Olympics after 2004."
news.bbc.co.uk...
Greece bids Games farewell
The 2004 Olympic Games officially came to an end in Athens with a spectacular closing ceremony on Sunday. Greek music and dance kicked off an evening of celebration before the flame was extinguished and the flag lowered. A firework display welcomed the athletes into the Olympic Stadium, with double gold-medallist Kelly Holmes carrying Great Britain's flag. The torch has now been passed to China as Beijing prepares to host the Games in 2008.

thank you for illustrating my point. I consider the winter olypics official. It hurts your position for them to be considered official, so you make up nonsense about the torch.
If there is only one way to interpret what titor meant, how do you explain when he said a civil war would start in 2005, and it would have organized groups engaged in combat ?
OK, then going by your logic, if the unofficial winter olympics are cancelled, we won't hear from any titor supporters using that as evidence,
right ?
Without any doubt the torch has been passed to China to host the Games in 2008 and NOT to Italy in 2006.
Whether the Winter Games in 2006 in Torino, Italy will continue or not, will be irrelevant to Titor's prediction.
Furthermore, as he made it clear that we will grow into a civil war, his statement that as "a result of the many conflicts" there will be no official Olympics after 2004 makes perfect sense. So without a doubt, somewhere in 2008 the conflicts will be many and as a result the official olympics every 4 years will be canceled.
Another argument to strengthen my case, is that Titor said that it appears the Games may be revived in 2040. If he would have meant the Winter Games he would have said 2038 or 2042.

"When I arrive in the “new” 1998 worldline on my way home I could easily start all of this again and continue to go through the same conversations with all of the same people. However, I already know you won’t pay any attention or believe me because we’ve already been through it on this worldline. Besides, I think the walk to the gas station will do you some good."
Here are a few other things I found in our general conversations which might be worth repeating:
Me: “By that time, it was pretty clear that we were not going back to what we had and the division between the “cities” and the “country” was well defined. My father made a living by putting together 12-volt electrical systems…”
I believe it was a few days ago I saw a news story about potential problems with power that “might” affect the entire United States. Where do you think they’ll turn it off first when push comes to shove?
Me: “ However, there are a great many “non lethal” weapon systems in development that turn out to be quite lethal.”
Anyone for microwave popcorn?
Me: If you push a farmer too far, they stop growing food and have nothing to do but hide in the woods and shoot back.”
"Bring a gas can with you when the car dies on the side of the road."

”Most power generation is localized. It amazes me how much power is wasted now. Yes, solar is big. There is thought that a singularity generator could also be used but most people are against it.”
As already pointed out to you on this thread, through a history of major wars there always was money for important projects. There will be enough money and other means for this one too.

Answered pages ago on this thread. You just keep on asking the same questions.
Take a good look at our history of major wars. Take a good look at the modern, thriving cities Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Japan as a whole. Furthermore take a good look at one of my previous posts to you regarding this matter:
www.abovetopsecret.com...
So many inventions we have that we take for granted are created by a necessity, which only increases during wartime. Horrible taser-deaths and permanent taser-damages are not the best yet ThatsJustWeird, its only the beginning as these WACO-type events will steadily grow worse in our future. Something like this has never happened on such a large scale as our police officers are proving to us nowadays. Now we are getting “electrocuted alive”… the next step will be “cooked alive”….
You will think of me when that moment arrives… you will think a lot about me and my words on this thread…
There goes ThatsJustWeird, repeating his questions over and over again whilst they he long gone has received an answer to them on this thread.
1) Taser-deaths are covered by the media.
2) John Titor could not specifically tell us if the “conflicts” would be covered by the mass media or not
3) I am sure that when the civil war grows in its intensity the mass media will cover it in our future

What's in Omaha? Oh, just Offutt AFB. Not only is it an AFB, but also US Strategic Command Center headquarters. I'm sure Russia (or the militia before that) will just overlook that right and leave Omaha alone.

lmao! He's going to end up in a world run by sea creatures when he returns.

A few people have asked me about this statement so I will try to clarify it.
On my worldline: (A) in 2036, I was given a mission in 1975. I turn my machine on and jump to another worldline (B) in 1975 with about a 2% divergence from (A).
From the very point I turn my machine off on (B), I create a new worldline just because I'm there. This line can be described as (C) and started when I got to (B).
I am now doing my mission on line (C) in 1975 when I discover a very a good reason to go forward on (C) and see what happened. I turn my machine on and go forward on (C) to the year 2000.
When I turn it off, I start another line called (D). So from my perspective, here we are on line (D) in the year 2000. In order to go home to line (A) I must turn my machine on and go back on (D) until I reach (C) which in turn would take me back to (B) which in turn takes me to a point before I arrived on (B) then I go forward from the point I arrived on (B) back to (A).
If all this isn't enough to get your head spinning…here are some issues we're dealing with in 2036.
1. Did your worldline (D) exist at all before I got here from (C)? (personally I don't see how it couldn't)
2. What happens at the end of a worldline at the edge of the super universe?
3. If there are infinite worldlines and infinite possibilities and an edge to the super universe, doesn't that mean occurring events on worldliness are staggered as they reach the edge? (time could end at any moment without warning).
Happy New Year everyone!
