Maybe I am taking the words "create your own reality" too literally. If, what you mean is gaining the understanding the natural laws that hold this reality together and using them to moderately alter your little neck of the woods through a bit of positive thinking and visualization along with the actual physical actions that's far, far, different than escaping this reality, finding a barren rock some where, creating your own little reality and bringing into the 3rd dimension. Or maybe you want to just somehow section off a portion of this reality we are in, set up some kind of barrier that isolates your little neck of the woods and protects you from the influences and lords of this reality so you can alter the natural laws that are inflicted upon you.
The first one anyone can do if they apply themselves and respect the laws that govern the creation. Be it through religious prayer and ritual or actual magic. It is rather limited in that if the lords say no, it just isnt gonna happen. The lords are gonna protect the foundations reality is built upon.
The other two options I think you might find presents some problems that will not be easily solved. And, if we are stuck in a matrix like you are saying, I would venture to guess, the creators of this world did something similar to what I described. Which, ancient gnostic writings do describe an event similar to these. A creation hidden away from the view of the Creator because his permission and participation was not sought which turned out to be rather imperfect..

Again, I may be just an old delusional bat and i am not asking anyone to accept what I am saying because I am saying it. I have never asked anyone for any money, made any videos sharing my ideas, or tried to lead others to any kind of "truth". And, this is probably the most i have revealed right here about my delusions. I am just words on your computer screen, for you to accept or reject. But I am basing my statements on my own experiences.
My advice to you is that if this lady ever announces a gathering of her followers in some remote place, dont go..

By creating your own reality then I am talking about how you can manifest experiences and what you want for yourself. When you manifest it with your intent and using energy, then you will find it much more easily and you will have much more success doing it. There will be doors that open that were closed for you before.

When I talk about escaping the matrix it is not about immediately escaping. You have to realize that you are being reincarnated again and again within this matrix, and the reincarnation cycle is what you have to escape, so that you don't reincarnate another time. It is more about mastering the matrix than escaping it, because when you master it you become your own creator.

1. If animals don't have souls, what does it matter if we eat them?

Source players souls had been trapped and super charged the matrix. We have 1000 years of stored up energy. Is it bowel movement frequency ?

She said that you have to raise your frequency before the harvest event takes place in the matrix.

If so can one use laxatives to raise their frequency or must it be be naturally done?

The matrix is trying to reach out to source players by making movies such as The Matrix to wake them up to this reality.

Yes I allow the source players to believe they create this matrix and that they come from another one, I am the architect of that one and have programmed source players such as yourself to be convinced they are creators when in fact what and who they believe are NPCs and soulless are the real ones that make this world go round and the real creators of change, not the 5000 lost souls who are programmed to believe the are awake and the only ones with souls.

I have actually just watched some of her videos.

All joking aside, there are some very obvious trance inducing/suggestion techniques being implemented in these videos. Constantly repeating phrases, slowly rotating circles in the background, quite aggressive suggestion planting use of language ect.

Very, very #ing shady.

Her videos may sem strange to a person who is not familiar with these kinds of topics. However, I do think that she has a lot to offer in her videos even if her videos may seem strange to an unfamiliar person.

I've read many a David Icke book. These topics aren't strange and certainly nothing new to me.

My point is, be aware, my friend. Those videos are deliberately affecting your brainwaves for a specific purpose.
Mainstream news programmes use the same techniques in their intro sequences.

Sorta feel it is fear angled, not my cup of tea.
