The opinion noted that the company is facing a $50,000-per-day fine for failure to turn over the documents. The papers in question are kept overseas, though the company does have an office in the U.S.

This is brand new software. The Max is the first 737 to use any fly by wire, and it's a hybrid system.
Totally possible. However it seems that if we can do this with mission essential war planes, adapting to commercial jets ought to be a gimme. That we just had a "failed" summit, where der Trumpmeister walked away with a yuge Boeing contract, then bolted immediately...well...something feels a little connected to me. Not to mention 737 death row inmates being spared...

A guy my family knew from church when I was a teenager told me he had had a fling with Errol Flynn in the 20s. He must be dead now but he was a Lord... Baron Slade... always turned up to church in a white linen suit with pink shirt and salmon tie.
The man, whose identity has not been revealed, later told investigators he liked to play flight simulation games and wanted to fly a real plane, police said.

Hmm, never heard of that type of file extension. I'm thinking the 'Garbage file' is like the Recycle Bin in Windows or on Linux or Unix an actual bitbucket or garbage file, kinda like .tmp files. What if remnants of LifeLog [DARPA] code were stored here and never deleted -- purged.
