The 787 was grounded from January 2013 until April 2013 due to lithium ion battery thermal runway problems. The FAA was the first in that case, followed by aviation authorities everywhere else.

The 737 Max uses larger and heavier engines requiring a flight control system that compensates. Boeing made the mistake with the code when they didn't have the computer compare both AoA sensors instead of just reading one side.

CNN is on TVs in airports all over the world. They must have some kind of contract with them.

Also, with satellite or cable, CNN comes with the Basic Package. For some reason, you have to pay extra $ for Fox. Again, does CNN have some kind of special arrangement with them as well? CNN was the first cable network, and like so many things, it is the generic turn-to for many people. Subconsciously, people think CNN when thinking about news.

I was at my Mom's today...watching TCM...beautiful old movies...which most people alive today, have never seen. And while it was seriously derided at the time, that Ted Turner bought up all these (rotting in the can) old movies, and "colorized" them...it makes a wonderful study of how for at least as long as making movies...especially MGM... Not saying there's something nefarious here, but........, two in 5 months similar circumstances. Similar incidents here in the states and recovery was possible. My question is just how damned far off is the center of balance on this thing? I get the flight augmentation thing. It's nothing new, the F-117 and the B-2 can't fly without it, neither can the F-22 and F-35. I think there is something deeper here across the board. I have to believe that FAA, NTSB and Boeing would have grounded these things quick if there was a major issue. I've never seen governments come right out and ground airplanes globally. I agree this needs deep dive. Aviation industry is held to extreme high measures with some of the best engineers in the world like NASA. WTF happened?

This one, is kinda hard to parse for me. Thus far, the only thing that makes sense, is that cleaning out the FAA, might be the point? Is Boeing a big player in the MIC/SSP/4TH REICH?

This is approximately a 5 billion dollar deal, regarding future orders...maybe just a shot across the bow, to the Space Nazis?
