A little bit of a thought experiment here;

The Four Stages of Controlling the UFO Narrative;

1. Demoralization;
This is a process which can take about 15-30 years to perform (a generation) you could argue that this start in the 1980's in terms of all of the mis/disinformation since in regards to topic. During this stage, the moral fiber and integrity of the UFO community is called into question, thereby creating doubt in the minds of the community by creating internal squabbling and arguing rather than cohesion, debate and understanding. To do so, manipulation of the UFO narrative and established and respected personalities within the field is required to influence the younger people. As the younger generation comes up through the ranks in this re-branded version of Ufology they happily embrace these new narratives, such as impending disclosure and acceptance of older stories made new again, the older generation slowly loses control simply through attrition. Again, true facts no longer matter during this stage, but rather creating perceptions are of paramount importance.

2. Destabilization;
the purpose of this step is to change the status quo, particularly the UFO communities pecking order, internal relationships and accepted theories and systems. The intent is to create a new status quo within the UFO community with plans to infiltrate the established ideologies. This can take from two to five years to perform, again with the active support of previously highly regarded personalities to push the new generation in this direction. Here, secrets and benefits are promised to the certain members of the UFO community to encourage their support. Basically, they are bribing these people with "secret information" to accept their narrative and assist in promoting it.

3. Crisis;
this is a major step lasting up to 3-5 years and involves a revolutionary change of ideology and power swing within the UFO community and a change in the accepted belief systems and underlying narrative. This is where an event/organisation upsets and divides the community; thereby creating upset and and further division.

4. Normalization;
The final stage is where the UFO community finally acquiesces and begins to assimilate the new narrative over time, whilst the "old professors" are disposed of, lose interest or withdraw from the community altogether due to the overwhelming differences in established theories and opinion.

Now this all sounds quite familiar, well to some it might, depending on your perspective. You could even argue that what is seemingly playing out in front of us right now.....

I cannot take credit for my previous post, as I copy and pasted "Yuri Bezmenovs" "Four Stages of American Subversion" and simply edited certain parts to reflect the UFO Community. The similarities are quite striking ; which is why I have included it.

If you want to read his original version;
Bezmenov Interview

"It actually takes considerably fewer steps to subvert a government, four to be exact, at least according to Yuri Bezmenov, a former KGB agent. Throughout the 1960's, Bezmenov served the KGB primarily in India where he spread Soviet propaganda and disinformation to the Western world. He eventually defected to the West in 1970 and settled in Canada where he lectured and wrote about the KGB's techniques for subverting the West."

"During the interview, Bezmenov explains the KGB's activities are less about espionage in the classic James Bond sense (only 15 percent), and more concerned with "Ideological Subversion" (85 percent) which is used to secretly undermine the American government through psychological warfare. Key to this program is to change the perception of reality using subliminal brainwashing techniques over an extended period of time. As I've written in the past, people act on their perceptions of reality, regardless if it is correct or fallacious. They are not so much concerned with facts as they are in perspectives and self interests. By controlling the perceptions of people, they become more prone to make erroneous conclusions thereby simplifying the manipulation of the masses. The objective of the KGB program, therefore, is to program people into dismissing true facts as fallacious even in spite of the obvious."

To be honest the ufo community (whatever that really means) is more like a school playground with various squabbling and arguing going on all the time. It's not been helped by the constant adding of pseudo-religions, cults and ideas that aliens would waste lots of time doodling in crops in Wiltshire, building pyramids for our ancestors and other way out ideas. So it's become a huge container for all sorts of left field ideas and even mental illness left to fester in vast bubbling vat of alphabet soup.

Ufology has been in a state of constant flux and conflict since the 1950s with various people from the MIC exercising their control over UFO groups like NICAP, MUFON etc. Both overtly and covertly.

When a government (or ex-govt) employee tells us UFOs are real and there is a huge cover up then they are a reliable source of information. If they deny any knowledge of the subject then they are oblivious or a disinformation agent.

So I don't think much effort is required to move the status quo along. The old players from the 70s and 80s in this game are also getting up there in age now and haven't long before they expire into the huge cloud of their own consciousness in the sky.

But we will have new heroes to worship with new ideas on disclosure. But disclosure is like tomorrow. It's always very close but ultimately unreachable. Perhaps because the truth being sought does not really exist.

This has been a fascinating thread as was its predecessor. It almost feels like the different pieces of the puzzle are starting to come together and make sense. There is another thread, Early version of AATIP connected with Skinwalker Ranch. No doubt people have seen this. This in turn points to an article which is a really interesting summary of things.

In summary, the work at the skin walker ranch presented facts that challenged the belief system of higher ups who then ordered the program to drop investigation into paranormal and only look at UAP. Somewhere in this thread, it was mentioned that before disclosure can happen we need to have a talk about the nature of the mind. I wonder if this means how our beliefs interfere with the ability to process facts which may conflict with our beliefs?

The article also leads to a fascinating video interview of the colonel that oversaw operations at skinwalker ranch where he states some of this.

Then we also come to an article written by Elizondo theascent.pub... which goes into more detail about that. So, I wonder if this is the kind of discussion that people said needs to happen before we get to disclosure? Cheers.

From the guy who'd been telling us for years that there were no UFO studies being made by the US military! He was in charge of Bigelow's Skinwalker Ranch NIDS team. His underling at BAASS/NIDS, Big Eric, told us he knew about UFO crash retrieval programs in a C2C interview (June 24th 2018) to (another former NIDS man) hosting the show George Knapp.

How come Alexander didn't talk about this? Why do these people tell different stories? Yet they are the go to people for all these paranormal talk shows? I think you can all work out the answer.

You know I have never heard anyone not linked to Bigelow via NIDS, BAASS,AAWSAP be able to give a first hand account of anything happening on that ranch.

Although there is an interesting story from a TV news company wanting to run a report in 1997 from a different ranch in Colorado. Involving the same cast of characters who tell the tall tales to us. It suggests perhaps they were behind it all in the first place. A 'colonel' of truth even?

.....You all should know that the family living in the anomaly area that encompasses one corner of a house in Black Forest, Colorado is presently negotiating with Robert Bigelow on a buyout of their property. The UnexplainedA&E show episode recently that was filmed there will be aired sometime within the first 2 weeks of May. Reportedly, "they got a lot on tape --activity was high...

The show crew made some sort statement that drove the family to tears. And their response has now been to close the area to study and move out. The family is through being ridiculed for seeing what I got on video tape during my recent visit! The family is being followed. There have been attempted abductions of their kids and break-ins to their house. The man hears voices coming through his electronic devices (phones, TV, radios) and in his head saying relentlessly "if you try to figure this out, we will kill you". This is the second case that I know of where this has occurred...

The father downloaded a reported 300 pages of information on both Bigelow and Col. John Alexander from the Internet before starting the negotiations. The strange voices he hears seem to be a number of different people --one of which he has now identified as Col. John Alexander!

TTS Academy has drafted proposed legislation for Congress to consider to ask for a report on making the Navy's UAP findings public.

Sec. xxx Report on Advanced Aerial Threats

A. REPORT REQUIRED. – Recent briefings provided to Congress by US military and intelligence personnel raise the possibility that one or more potential US adversaries may have achieved breakthroughs in aerospace engineering that could place US forces at risk. Unfortunately, there is no coherent process within the Executive Branch for collating or analyzing pertinent information on this topic notwithstanding the potential gravity of the issue. Moreover, requests for relevant data to enable Congress to better assess the significance of the issue have not been responded to in a satisfactory manner by DoD or the Intelligence Community. Therefore the Secretary of Defense and Director of National Intelligence shall jointly submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report on the issue of Anomalous Airborne Threats.

B. ASSESSMENTS.- The report required under subsection (a) shall include the following:

1. A detailed analysis of NORAD’s unknown threat database from January 2004 to the present and correlation of that data with information collected by space-based infrared systems, human intelligence reporting; SIGINT, US Navy intelligence reporting on unidentified craft (both aerospace and undersea) and FBI data derived from investigations of intrusions over restricted US airspace.

2. Identification of a process and a senior official who can be held accountable in the future for ensuring the timely collection and centralized analysis of all Anomalous Airborne Threat reporting regardless of which service or agency acquired the information.

3. Identification of any incidents or patterns that indicate a potential adversary may have achieved breakthrough aerospace capabilities that significantly surpass US capabilities and could put US strategic or conventional forces at risk.

C. RECOMMENDATIONS – The report under subsection (a) above shall include any recommendation for increased collection or research and development deemed appropriate by the Secretary of Defense and Director of National Intelligence.

D. SUBMITTAL DATE- The report under subsection (a) shall be submitted not later than 18 months after enactment of this bill.

E. FORM- The report under subsection (a) may be submitted in either classified or unclassified form.

TTSA Blog: Draft Congressional Report Language

Why did MUFON, CUFOS, Bob Bigelow or Stan Friedman or Danny Silver Boy or Stephen Greer or Richard Dolan or George Knapp or Dick van Dyke never think of this simple suggestion? A sure fire winning idea.

Obviously the US Navy would have done so if anyone had just well... asked. Wouldn't it?

So supposedly nobody went this simple and direct route to disclosure. Asking the Congress to compel the military to disclose, as if it’s that easy. Good luck with that.

In the process how about getting them to pass laws against despoiling the environment, a bill for world peace, stopping starvation, a chicken in every pot, or even a steak, or even the disclosure that Santa Clause is real...and Bugs Bunny is a fake!

So there is no current way of reporting this things within the executive branch huh!

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio (AP) — When North Korea launches a ballistic missile over the Pacific, the United States top leaders turn to the National Air and Space Intelligence Center based at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Analysis by NASIC keeps the White House, Congress and the Pentagon aware of air, space and cyber threats and determine what dangers a missile from the rogue country has for the U.S. and its allies.

"It is no exaggeration to say that the assessments NASIC generates can make the difference between war and peace," said Loren B. Thompson, a senior defense analyst with the Virginia-based Lexington Institute. NASIC last week opened a $29.5 million building expansion in a remote part of Wright-Patterson. The Air Force allowed the media to be at the opening, but revealed very little about the work that will be going on at the expansion. The secretive agency with a MiG-29 jet fighter outside its headquarters assesses the intercontinental ballistic missile threat capabilities of China, Russia, Iran and North Korea, among others, and disassembles foreign technology to find out the secrets an adversary has flying in air or space.

Ohh it does....!

This "draft" TTSA have written is a joke; I could have written a better one on my lunch hour. There is and have been previous reporting methods for this kind of threat before but they are making it sound like TTSA are flying in on a helo, bursting through the windows on ropes in top secret agent gear with this document in a highly secure briefcase, that only the president can open by scanning his wig into it and TTSA are saving the day and the executive branch from not thinking about having something like a report for this before, EVER before in fact!

As soon as the Vegas UFO Mafia are uncovered for what they really are the better; or maybe that's the point! All this nonsense is to cover their own arse if the real "disclosure" of how much they have been zapping their own ever saw the light of day.

And why it must be kept a secret, they would not want a repeat of the public outcry and from within when MK ultra / human testing was exposed for what it was. That only includes what is known and not all of those documents they destroyed in relation that we will never know.

I think the Department of Defense will welcome the fact that a group of former spooks, an aerospace engineer and a member of a boyband are concerned that they are not doing their job correctly. Defending the realm could not be done without such hardy advice (in my sarcastic opinion of course!).

I hope they write similar letters to all of the NATO, Pacific and Middle Eastern allies so I can sleep safely in my bed again, resting assured that no one will ever take my clothes.
