Dont they have the Brenda Butler Rendlesham material to play with? Nick Pope mentioned it on his Facebook page.
Hmmmm. Enjoy hibernating.
I've gone on record saying Rendlesham might be the turning point in history that leads to the explanation of the UFO phenomenon"

The former staffer said that eventually, however, even Reid agreed it was not worth continuing.
“After a while the consensus was we really couldn’t find anything of substance,” he recalled. “They produced reams of paperwork. After all of that there was really nothing there that we could find. It all pretty much dissolved from that reason alone—and the interest level was losing steam. We only did it a couple years.”

I have an open and honest question here, people believe that TTSA is a "distraction" and to a point I can see what they mean, all talk within the "UFO Community" (whatever that means) has been about TTSA.
My question would be... a distraction from what? (in your opinion)

....According to Oscar-winning animator Ward Kimball, in the mid-1950s, the Air Force offered Walt Disney "real" UFO footage for exclusive use in a documentary, the alleged purpose of which was to acclimatise the public to the reality of extraterrestrials. When the offer was withdrawn, Kimball challenged the Air Force liaison officer for the project – a colonel, who told him that "there was indeed plenty of UFO footage, but that neither [Kimball], nor anyone else was going to get access to it".

Thought you was hibernating Cellty?
As other nations are aiming ever further out into space it could also explain why America has to be the ones to disclose. Maybe they really did find evidence of something out there and it can't be kept secret much longer?
