What's most puzzling to me about those two shots (besides the fact that both are on sunny days) is that the drooping head syndrome doesn't usually get better.

Maybe she's hiding a neck brace under that coat much like Hillary and her exo skeleton thing (big winter coat on hot days). I just don't know.
