I will reiterate here that these are Apkallu, or in Sumerian Abgal. They were not gods

That is simply not the case.

In several contexts the Apkallu are seven demi-gods, sometimes described as part man and part fish, associated with human wisdom; these creatures are often referred to in scholarly literature as the Seven Sages. Each sage has an association with a specific mythic King.

After the seventh sage and king, a deluge (see Epic of Gilgamesh) is said to have occurred. Records list further sages and further historic king pairings. Post-deluge, the sages are considered human, and in some texts are distinguished by being referred to as Ummanu, not Apkallu.

The terms Apkallu (as well as Abgal) is also used as an epithet for kings and gods as a mark of wisdom or knowledge. A further use of the term Apkallu is when referring to figurines used in apotropaic rituals; these figurines include fish-man hybrids representing the seven sages, but also include bird-headed and other figures.

Your link does not support your contention.
Do you know what an epithet is, or a demi-god?

So the Apkallu weren't gods anymore than Perseus was.
Nobody worshiped Perseus either.

They were actually more like today's "angels" than they were like gods.

Regarding the pine cone, I quoted and linked all you need to know. The fact that you won't accept it is on you.

I like your humour.

In regards to the 'handbags' I think they were some kind of advanced technology, perhaps multifunctional; to carve stones, to lift heavy objects, maybe even to store data and emit sound etc. Like a smartphone but better.
Graham Hancock has a lot of good material on them.

You're the one with the picture of the big one in Rome. The symbol of that Roman borough.

You need to put a little more effort in your research, first Isis is an Egyptian deity that came to the Romans via the Greeks, well after the founding of the Republic.
Pine cones and pine nuts were prominent ritual offerings,in Italy, thousands of years before any "Roman" worshipped or even knew of Isis.
Pine cone imagery is found at pre roman sites and along with pines nuts are found as ritual offerings at shrines and temples all along the Italian Peninsula.

Cones and seeds of stone pine, fruit such as fig and grape and nuts such as walnut and hazel were present in many of them.

Domestic burnt offerings and sacrifices at Roman and pre-Roman Pompeii, Italy
Pine nuts were an important food source for the early peoples of Italy, and the reverence for them extends back in time to a point before there were "Egyptians" or "Romans" and across many cultures and lands. Pine nuts figured very heavily in certain native American cultures and made their way into the mythology.

I agree we all need to do more research! ISIS is Tiamat. But again I think you are using an incorrect interpation. What do you think the eye of Horus is.. BOOM!! You cracked yes its the pineal gland.

Its the same thing. Be in delusion the church knows its significance. Why do you think they had the statue carted back to the Vatican.

What do you think Jesus meant when he was talking about the eye. The single eye that is..

As I keep saying the writing is on the table for all to see.

I would agree.

I think there was an advanced civilization on the earth in those days which had a hand in the creation and stabilization of life after the flood mass extinction.

Tower Of Babel tells a good story of what was going on in those days.

The humans that came after the great flood are probably a different breed unable to do the wonders of the previous group of amazing superhumans.

I agree . I like to read lately about correlations between religions, metaphysics, and myths in regards to ancient history and even ancient physics. My current fixation is Hermetic correspondences and Qabbalistic correspondences such as Hermes= Thoth = Tahuti = Mercury = Oannes = Dagon = Quetzalcoatl.

Or even Saturn = Black Sun = Tiamat = the Great Dragon = Dispersion = Choronzon = Chaos

Well if we look at ancient legends from around the world there were serpent gods.
Some of the serpent gods were said to have created humans like Nu Wa from China.
Then when we see legends of Tiamat there is another dragon goddess who was slain by her own son Marduk who holds a great resemblance to Zues, Indra and other thunder weilding gods.

There are alot of similar stories of how ancient technology was used.

Reading about the wars the gods fought and the weapons they used is quite the eye opener.

If they were in fact buckets perhaps what they contained was the ancient soma. Some substance that would impart on its users the experience of either the after life or some other kind of reality.

Its epic stuff when you start reading. Look for the number codining in verse and ancient names and numbers.

It locks in nicely with scared geometry too. I posted some stuff in the moon thread here if you want to look.

exactly; Saturn was vanquished by his son Jupiter after the battle of the Titans.

I wonder if there are still fishpeople like Dagon or if that was simply a misidentification of a kind of perhaps scuba or space type suit?

That particular picture looks more like a weight (as Harte suggested)than anything else. It’s not even hollow from what I can tell. What does it look like to you?

That doesn’t mean I think the ones shown in other images are weights as well, but I don’t feel the need to give them attributes for which there is no evidence either.
