Light Hun, use an ice pack or frozen peas or whatever....

I used to keep a pack of frozen peas for this very purpose!
They only cost pennies at the frozen food store, and they worked a treat for calming down inflammation and swelling.
(I marked the pack with a big marker pen so no one would try and eat them later!)
I liked them better than a proper cool-pack or gel-pack because the peas can conform better to every curve, nook & cranny as required!
Well worth a try I'd say.

So lovely the Hang Drum or "Hang", as the inventers from Switzerland prefer. I encountered it a few years ago, even posted a vid here with either Daniel Waples or the band Hang Massive can't recall, I like them both.
A rather interesting new arrival to the world of music a distant cousin to the steelpan.
This dude just looks so intense and happy.
Daniel Waples 2012.
or thes fellows.
"Hang Massive" 2011.

Good Morning BTW.

Would be a perfect sound for a scary/horror movie. It has a beautiful tone and timbre and sounds other-worldly too when handled by a pro. Me like. Or we could add a drummer, a synth player, a guitarist and some special effects and just dance the night away waving neon glo-sticks at the full moon party.

That was lovely Timely! They still remind me of little UFO's. Cool instrument!

ETA: Wow that water instrument was wild! So many unusual sounds. People are so inventive!

I have this elongated stuffed pillow thingy filled with rice. You can either heat it or put it in the freezer for a while. It is sewed in sections, so will easily fold over an area like a knee or ankle. You can put it behind your back or whatever. Love that thing! I got it at the metaphysical shop and even bought one for a gift for Linda at Christmas as she had been wanting one for so long.

If you posted it in here before than I saw it. With my horrible memory I had forgotten. Love the sound these things make!

The Wing Sound Sculpture is interesting to listen to.

Reminds me of what you may here in outer space.

I’ve listened to this type of music on CBC radio quite a few years back, and though it was intriguing at the time, it felt like space sounds to me then, as well.

No worry, it's a looooong time ago that I posted that.
Are we having a party? Did some one say party?
So you asked if I would participate in the story. You know I'll say no, I am scared of screwing things up, but I could write an alternate parallel universe sequel so if I do go off track it won't be too disturbing?

Am I the only one who experiences the wierdest random lack of spell check in here? In PM's it always works but not on board. This has been an ongoing problem for more that a year. It "seems" to ocour when I make a seperation to create a paragraph or add an emogi.
Yah yah, take it to "Board and Bussiness" I know, but my questions always sound stubid there.

Keh? That is "WHAT" in Spanish". That's not me I wish I looked that dignified.
What are you doing here now? Have you been partying? Are you ill? Not that I don't appreciate your presence, it's just disturbing, off kilter, sun rising in the west kind of experience.

Fin, this touched me deeply, so many memories, so many levels of perception. I was/am crying, so many times I have been there/here. "I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I cant' stay the same, in the middle..." And the reference to the sea, a constant longing in me from my days as a Seaman.
Constant change, always growing, always dying, always looking for answers.
"Give me a sign"
"My reasons have no reason to remain"
Thank you dear. Know you are a sage. Not the plant.
