...I don't believe Bigelow is as much "Handler" as "Handled" and if that's so, it's because of that very same wide-eyed true belief in just about anything that tweaks his phenomenological freak.
"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false"?
Former CIA Director William Casey - Feb 1981
If you can induce mass hysteria (conversion disorder), then magical things may appear to happen.
Wouldn't it be interesting if Skinwalker ranch was a scientifically induced (created) Fatima experience?
Or the Belgium 1989 UFO wave? There are so many examples.

Thanks, and my compliments to you as well for shedding some light on Bigelow's role in all this.
No, I'm not familiar with Kit Green's UAP Experiencer group, but if Chris Bledsoe was involved, my expectations are very low.
No but we have friends in high places! Friends in Washington D.C., CIA, NASA, Air Force, and other places. They all believe our story and many of them have become huge parts of lives. I can't say names of the CIA people because they aren't public yet, but I can give you one name to research who has become a great friend and ally to us. Col. John Alexander. John Alexander and I For reference, I'm Ryan, the youngest son. This is Col. Alexander and I hanging out over Easter. We spent the holiday together. He is an awesome, very high ability person. He's not a stone cold killer like the Internet disinformation people say, he's a really brilliant old man who has been researching this subject for 50 years. He finally saw a UFO with us one night and it rocked his world, he talked about it in an interview recently, but he didn't use the name Chris, he just said "a friend in North Carolina..." we since have given him permission to use our name.

What if it's not about chasing ufos, but creating them in people's minds?

What I'm wondering here is if the activity kicked off AFTER Vallee did...whatever he did. I need to write the guy...
Eric Davis btw, was the guy who got 'mindraped' in the book.
Oh and Forbidden Science II has him and Kit Green wandering around the Unitah Basin...in the 1970s...
HMM...
An engineer observing a computer would want to look at the back and open up the boxes. He would want to take a probe and examine the different parts of the computer. But there is another way of looking at it; the way of the programmer, who wants to sit in front of the computer and analyze what it does, not how it does it.
That's my approach. I want to ask it questions and see what answers I get. I want to interact with it as an information entity.
There are different kinds of control systems - open ones and closed ones - and there are tests you can apply to them to find out what kind of control system you're inside. That leads to a number of experiments you can do with the UFO phenomenon…
...The control system concept can be tested by a small group of people - you don't need a large organization or a lot of equipment - and you can start thinking about active intervention in the phenomenon.
I hesitate to be too specific. I'm speaking, as I'm sure you understand, of the attempted manipulation of UFO manifestations. It's a pretty tall order.

This is something that crossed my mind. But who could he be a puppet to? Beyond starting with a $20k loan ploughed into property I still can't really find out how he amassed his billions so rapidly. Even that remains somewhat of a mystery. His obsession with secrecy leaves a lot open to speculation.
But this creation and bundling of UFO myths as truth and their constant perpetuation seems to only happen on such a scale in North America. There aren't many (any) so called whistle blowers/former intel agents outside the USA talking about Blue Avians and Secret Space Programs, aliens found at UFO crash sites etc, etc.....You have to wonder why.
Obviously something is going on and has been going on for a long time.

That seemed to be the focus of the group I found around Vallee and Kripal (the Invisible College rides again!)...exchanged some emails with a guy out of UBC. Interesting stuff they have going on.

A great bit of collation here. I crawled out of my hole to voice my appreciation, and to make one comment.
