For sure - and China have moved more since Trump was elected than they ever have. We'll see how far they will go, but it will a damn sight further than they did under Obama (who they detested - for good reason).

North Korea is seemingly acquiring nuclear weapons to be independent. It's cut off from the outside world and their only "friends" is a fully fledged nuclear state to the North.
I don't think Kim is crazy, though I do feel his predicament will be infuriating.
Your friends in the region will be the very last people to understand what is happening in NK.
