Well I think it is a tool designed to control.. all the division is just how the shepherds choose to lead the flock.

Sure, the shepherds though don't have to do a great deal, they may lay the foundation, it's people though that perpetuate the divide, not unlike the team sports played in politics.

So then Jesus was not the son of god in your version, just another prophet??

If I’m right a messiah and a prophet are not the same thing in Hebrew.

From my understanding a messiah doesn’t really have much to do with the religious side and is more of a secular leader.

Well every other death caused by a political leader was done by someone religious...

Atheist rulers have only surfaced at all the last century. So that means every other war and/or atrocity was commuted by a believer..

Hitler was a catholic who tried to exterminate the Jews..

The pagan Romans killed the Christians, then the Christian Romans killed the pagans..

Plus, your examples leave out all the modern day atheist /socialist countries in the UK that are literally considered the best places on earth to live..

So what?? Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark all those UBBER successful Nordic nations don’t count???

It’s not only because of the concept of a religion... it is how those in power use the ability to make people do things they wouldn’t normally do..

There is a saying...

Bad people do monstrous things because they are bad people..

Good people do monstrous things because of religion..

For their religion, otherwise good people will hurt themselves or others. When they wouldn’t have otherwise.

Depends on the standard set by the leadership..

But you might be right..

Christianity was designed with inclusivity in mind and it still happens there..

But then again a lot of that inclusivity doesn’t kick in until you join..

I think it is fair to say tribalism is a human trait period, but religion can definitely be tribalism on meth and steroids...at once..

Messianic Jews wishing to make Aliya (return to Israel to live) are not allowed. They get blacklisted and are never allowed back in the country. The STATE does that to them.

Total blatant lie. Not saying it's YOUR lie, but I know of hundreds of Messianic Jews who've gone home.

There are descendants of Jews who were in the Death Camps who have been turned down citizenship and made to leave JUST FOR BELIEVING N JESUS.

Huh? Where did this come from???

This new Israel will end in tears. Of this I am 101% certain.

Well guess what? You're wrong. Israel, soon, will be the center of the world. Very soon.

Nope..it never will..the time and chance has passed..thankfully.

They may continue believing the place is important and sacred all they want though..and destroy all of themselves while doing it...but they will never be the center of anything but death.

Taking the Christian biblical account as truth means your no longer a religious Jew..

You can still be a genetic Jew and still be a Christian ..

You cannot be a religious Jew and believe in Jesus..

The Jewish interpretation of what constitutes a messiah and/or Jewish prophecy is completely the different from the Christianities venue of what a messiah is and/or what the prophecies foretold..

What genetic Jews..this is a mistake in wording i would imagine.

And these guys are right that no Messiah has visited the region...much as they love to believe otherwise.

Noone is going to enjoy any Messiah arriving, the way to the light will be extremely violent and all who believe they are good and on the side of God will be in the way and treated as such.

They really should listen to Jesus.

100% wrong, Jewish people don't acknowledge Jesus as being anybody in the same way as Christians do.

Jesus was a Jew end of.

Judaism is the Old Testement, not the new, so no Jewish people shouldn't listen to Jesus as to them he was just another Jew at best.

It's right there in the Old Testament.

But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. -- KJV, Jeremiah 31:33

And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. -- KJV, Jeremiah 31:34

It is in the Old Testament that the LORD promised the time would come when he would "forgive sin", and "put the law in their inward parts" , so that they would know the LORD, and would be able to recognize his words without having to be "taught" by others.

Jesus came to fulfill this old testament promise. Our sins are forgiven. And we recognise the "truth" in the word of the LORD on hearing it, without need for detailed "instruction".

That's exactly what Jesus refers to again in the scriptures,

Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. -- KJV, John 8:43

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do... -- KJV, John 8:44

Basically, if the LORD has not yet "put his law into the inward parts" of a person, that person cannot understand the words of Jesus.

Until the LORD puts his law into them, they are neither Jews, nor Christians.

And when he does, they will see, that Jews and Christians are "one and the same."

This is the problem though..NOONE has had the lord put into them yet...because the law has not been written yet.

The Lord will be destroyed as it is NOT the messiah.

Whatever it takes to free all of Creation from those who distort it now..is being undertaken.

Do not expect anything you have been taught to go unchallenged...do not expect any of it all to be the actual proven truth...UNQUESTIONABLE TRUTH.

You need to read your old Testament. There are so many verses proving Jesus is the one and only Messiah it's unreal.

I'll list them if you want.

Please do..and then realize that none of them have actually happened.

I know it is hard to though when your brain has been entirely controlled on levels you cannot imagine.

But no actual proof of a Messiah is to be found and the Jews know this..they were there.

Nothing has changed here..except the signs of the Ages as they always do.

No religions will exist if any Messiah comes along..those will ALL be destroyed and magestically and brutally so i might add.

Not because they deserve such harsh treatment but because it is the only way.

The Lord does not believe or condone religions, but the Truth only..which has never existed in all of Creation.

The resistance of the Broken Creation to the TRUTH that all have been deceived is immense..thus the struggle continues.

A Lord Messiah will be Billions of Times more dramatic and Energetic as the laughable tales you believe.

Let us know when the victory has been had...for noone with any Truth in their Hearts has seen it.

We are at the end of the time cycle now...and the Scriptures are being discarded faster by the day..and by whom?

The Christians..they are already realizing the fairy tale interpretations and many and constant changes that have occurred.

It is more than clear the passages have been altered...uncountably so.

The only unaltered words...are not on any paper at all.....

I agree with what you said though..

Once you concede the Bible has bee altered.. then how could you ever know what was the original intent?

I mean genetic Jew in the genetic sense lol..

Born to Ashkenazi Jewish parents...totally separate from those who practiced the Jewish religion.

I think people conflate the 2 so it requires a little specificity.

One person will be referring to a religious Jew, while the other is referring to a genetic marker.

I don’t see a messiah emerging..

We are too smart and science too good. That would require the real thing to fool whole nations.. and I don’t see the real thing happening.

Religion hides in the dark corner of what we don’t understand. The smaller that corner gets. The smaller religion has gotten.

Actually we'll have to ask him about that when he gets back, But what the books of Zechariah and Malachi say is that the job of messiah was supposed to have been a 3 or 4 man job. The 2 branches, the Lord, and Elijah the prophet. The first branch was present when the 2nd temple was being built. Jesus Christ claimed John the Baptist was Elijah the prophet. And he claimed to be the Lord. There is still one branch in play yet however. When the time comes he will be present at the building of the 3rd temple. And per Revelation he will be one of the 2 witnesses. The other being the first branch.
Whether that branch is Elijah the prophet or not the prophesies don't clarify the point.

Actually some of those Jews hate christians because Jesus called them hypocrits. They also pray in ritualistic ways.Jesus also came to bring a sword as well as peace.
Jesus says this is for His names sake, otherwise we could not be forgiven and all the Jews would be living with the Old Testament laws.Jesus Christ saved changed the Jewish history forever.Jesus did not come to destroy the law but to fulfill the laws.

Who Cyrus the great???

The jesus is and was not a Jewish messiah..

The Jews have NEVER considered him one AND their messiah is not even remotely the same as a Christian Messiah..

So what your really saying is, the Christian version of a messiah will be comming back..

Because the jewsish version of a messiah , is not divine, was not predicted to die , was not predicted to be resurrected and Jesus never freed them from bondage..the primary requirement of a messiah..

PS.. I have no idea why Christians think quoting the Bible is ever proof of anything.. it is not a history book. Every testable claim it has made has been debunked..

Anyone not a devote Christian who reads that kind of response , stops reading because it is irrelevant..

Saying “but the Bible says this will happen” Is equivalent to me saying, “but I threw a quarter in and made a wish..”

Sure, but shouldn't the messianic Jews get to define their religion too? Just because they happen to believe the messiah has come they shouldn't practice the same customs as other Jews? At least ethnically they are still Jews.

I think a Lutheran follows the teachings of Luther, so it'd be contradictory for one not to believe in Christ.
