ETA: And it's one of several very questionable and possibly critical errors I've noticed about Mueller's collection of evidence

PS I'm thinking Mueller is a little better versed in the rule of law than you and so far what I'm seeing from you confirms it.

Why don't you tell me.

You act like I'm the source for all this news. I'm flattered surely... But I'm not.
I'm sure Mueller knows what the laws are. I'm a merchant not a lawyer and I'm not even a merchant anymore because I'm retired.

Survived it? A history lesson is needed here but this isn't the thread for that. I really do not think you understand what the cold war was. You should do at least a little research to get some details not offered in casual references to the time frame.
It touched almost every aspect of life in the early sixties especially. And remember we were coming from a simpler time and these very real threats were terrifying. We had bomb raid drills ..in elementary school...in New York city not London during the blitz. It was very real.

What facts do you think I'm ignoring?.
I think I'm just ignoring a bad interpretation of the facts. Not the facts themselves.

Oh my. Do you think playing stupid is going to make firing Comey to halt the investigation into Flynn go away ( especially in light of current events) ?

It's why the whole special counsel was convened to begin with.

Maybe your memory is a bit faulty.

This right here is your problem. You make # up. No matter how many times you repeat this lie, it's still a lie. You live in a world of your own. You're pathetic. I seriously hope you don't commit any self-harm when this bubble bursts.

Comey was not investigating anyone. He was the Director of the FBI. The Director doesn't conduct investigations. Firing the Director has zero impact on ongoing investigations. Comey himself testified so to Congress. You could argue Trump didn't know that, but that would require Trump to have zero idea how a large organization works. Trump ran a large organization most of his adult life.

This is akin to the CEO of a company firing his production manager, and some idiot coming along claiming the production manager was fired in order to halt production, while the production line continued unhindered the entire time, and completely ignoring the fact the production manager told us production was unaffected.

You are either dangerously delusional or one of the most dedicated scumbag liars on this forum trying to mislead people. I can't figure out which.

I grew up in the 70s, 80s through the cold war where the spectre of nuclear war was prevalent. I remember my dad discussing the laughable civil defence advice the UK govt put out and the prospect of annihilation. We were very lucky to survive the period.

Only lunatics want that level of hair trigger nuclear tension back. It's ironic that most of the desperation to ensure relations with Russia remain bad or worsen is from the left when the push for dialog the first time around was supported by the left. I can only conclude these are idiots or simply to young to understand the potential consequences in thier 'get trump' fervor.

They have twisted themselves into such a complicated knot trying to somehow make this untrue narrative true that when the realization finally hits, I'm afraid we'll see another Scalise-type event. Unhinged.

I always found it interesting that Obama's response was such weak, token sanctions. Even some Democrats criticized the response as not being harsh enough punishment for what Russia supposedly did. I have wondered if that's because the administration knew they didn't have very solid evidence, so they didn't want to impose really tough sanctions based on what was really just a political narrative.
