Feedback from Glasgow...

Oh how I am going to cry when I fly back to France tomorrow...

The Scots are such humble and good people and the whiskies are just "shakes head" unbelievable...

Had haggis for breakfast along with the local sausage and stuff this morning and the same thing no doubt tomorrow morning after a massive bowl of traditional porridge.

Glad I will be flying tomorrow as I think I am going to be a little bit tired after this evening... (pics to come some time this week)

Then back to my diet... honest!

So, this is how my visit to the cardiologist went today.

My sister took me to see the cardiologist and went in with me to ask questions and make a dozen or so notes mainly because my dad was telling her anything but the right answer to how I have been doing.

The doctor is sticking with his story that I have a bleeding heart valve. More tests are needed to convince the heart surgeon that there is a need for the valve replacement. Therefore I'm waiting on insurance to okay my going back to the cardiologist for an echocardiogram and whatever test he thinks is best to check my carotid artery, that is in my neck.

Other than that he said that I'm fat and need to lose weight. lol Actually he said I need to do exercises that do not put a strain on my breathing or at least stop when I start breathing fast. Plus he wants me to cut my calories by half. That part is not going to be any fun.

Cardio Dr. also approved the colonoscopy that I am needing. Now I need to wait in insurance to okay this as well.

Troll watched Pudge the dwarf speak with NightStar.
Gordi and the pixie watched with interest from a short distance.
Troll thought this would be good time to sneak away.

The one thing Troll didn’t want to do was say goodbye.
He might get hugged.
Troll usually didn’t like hugs.

The pixie hug would be alright.
They are little and funny.
It’s like getting a hug from a bug.

Troll didn’t want a hug from Gordi.
But at least because of the battle he smelled of sweat.
“Sweat smell is good.” thought Troll.
Also there was the smell of the liquid from Gordi’s hip flask.
Troll smiled thinking of tasting it once.
“It was good.” thought Troll.

But Troll’s biggest fear was getting a hug from NightStar.
She smelled like soaps and flowers.
“How elfs hunt with flower field smell?” wondered Troll.

Troll had been away from Errollorre and Aria for days.
Somehow Troll knew they needed him.
So Troll quietly slipped away.

Although everyone turned to see what the noise from the forest was when Troll tripped on a bear.

Night held her hand out tentatively and gently scooped up the glowing crystal of Ellesmere. "Pudge of Cavernock, the stone glows because it is near to me, an elven maiden and warning of...evil intent. This malevolent presence seeks me out for the knowledge of the ancients. It has always been this way throughout the ages. We find peace and eventually..." Her soft voice trailed off for a moment. She gazed deeply into the orb for a minute then quickly turned away, not wanting to reveal the vison.

"Pudge, I can sense your honor." Night opened his hand and placed the crystal onto his palm then closed his fingers around it. "I bestow upon you the title of 'Keeper Of The Crystal Orb' for now, but eventually it must be retuned to my Elven Sisters."


The Elf looked from one friend to the other around the marred, wooden table with consternation. "Our battle is not over...it has only just begun."
