Hiya Night and all!

Hope ya had a good time with yer sister Night. And BASSPLYR's hurricane story brought back some good memories. (Storms don't scare me for some reason) But I had a great time helping people after Hurricane Hugo. It's those endorphins, they make ya feel good about doing good things.

But...I'm kinda in a funk. I decided to return to The Shed and the very next day the SHTF and now, I just don't know. Maybe it's a form of mild PTSD. I know there was nothing I could do as I'm way north of Vegas, but it just irritates me. Maybe vexes is a better word. The day after I decide to plug back into the interwebz for anything other than learning how to fix something or do something artsy, I am deluged with bad crap.

I think I'm starting to like having intermittent internet. *Big Sigh*

I keep trying to think of how to interweave TDawg's and Anteros arrival into the current storyline, but I just can't think of anything right now.

If y'all remember as to how TDawg and Arteros left the Shed, it was in search of new adventures without so much battle. Myself (in reality) and Anteros (as my Muse) have seen entirely to much fighting. That's also one of the reasons I stopped writing, even though I did have a possible contract.

I guess I'm just going to have to bow out again for a while until I can get my chit together again. Shouldn't be to long though I think. I'm getting better at it by the day.

Hahaha, grump or no grump, youre a sheddite. A magical warrior of Light! And you could fight that grumpiness, if you don't like it. or if not, that's fine- youll be our grump. Though, we might still have to have grump fights, cus everyone gets grumpy haha

Don't sound like fiction to me. It really happened. Unless I'm missing something which is quite possible.

How are you this evening Wis? Feeling any better from your bug? Are the pixies still looking after you? I shall scold them if they are not.

Awwww Dawg, don't be gone too long. I know many of us can get overwhelmed with all the tragedies and senseless killings amongst other bad things happening around us and throughout the world. I like to be aware of things and I certainly have much compassion for people, but I try not to dwell on those things too much as it weighs me down and my stress levels rise. I think it is particularly difficult for those of us who think and feel things too deeply. I give my love and light and try to send out positive energy into the world, donate when I can to causes and all, but I can't let it consume me.


The doors are always open and the light is always on as you know. Hugs! Ooooops, Dawg/Doug does not like hugs. Tee hee, I knew that.

Ooooops, double post. Thank you little warrior for pointing that out!

Thanks Night! You are definitely one of the BRIGHT lights on the Web. There's another Post that was just posted about Thanking humanity. It brought tears to my eyes and I am not a cryer!

I always come meandering by the Shed. You know that! I've been here (Though not always in form) since near the beginning. This is a special place for me as are the denizens of the Shed.

But I refuse to Sashay to the Shed, though I may strut to it. Most of the times though, Mostly I just mosey through life. Life is very good for me right now and has been for some time. Maybe that's my problem. Maybe I need a good challenge...other than things breaking down at all corners and me having to fix them.

I should be wildly happy....but I'm only a little bit content. It kind of freaks me out a bit. I volunteer for the Lions, the American Legion (I'm building manager) and help others with their odd jobs and so forth around the area, but all of a sudden, it seems as if everything has become to much and I need to back off.

It's weird. I moved back to Wisconsin to reconnect with myself and the human race, and now I'm looking to escape back into the Shed for some Me Time. that is if the Dark Lords of my interwebz providers allows it. I've had log on five times already just to post this. Thank Dawg for "Apple Pages" so I could cut and paste this before getting booted again.

I take great pride in my grumpiness, with age I can afford not having the whole world like me. I don't care.
