Yes it is, my daughter told me that in Panama City the water in the Canals was dropped a lot, that is the sign of the Hurricane Powerful pull. Just like a tsunami.

If the live news feed says wind speed 120 mph how come the storm chaser weather reporters are not being blown over? 120 mph in the red? How close are they to the red?

Global Warming. It is the hoax. It is bad science. It is a high jacking of public policy. It is no joke. It is the greatest scam in history.

Have you perhaps changed your mind just a little bit?

I saw a video from weather channel showing the tree tops blowing but a street level plastic basket ball goal wasn't even moving. Looks like a good material for hurricane proofing.

Well global warming MUST be to blame because Texas and Florida have never been hit with hurricanes before. In fact, the hit song "Rock you like a hurricane" was about a mythical weather system that only existed until recently. HAARP...

Hurricanes has been part of the life in the Tropics before we were here.

My mother and grandmother always talks about the huge hurricanes that came before I was born and for some reason the size and power just died down.

And my signature has nothing to do with weather patterns it has to do with the hoax been created in order to profit from something that is actually a natural occurrence in our ever changing earth.

Yes, though it is also more in slow motion than a tsunami, where a tsunami will draw a tide effect out, very soon afterwards you'd see a surge and devestation. A hurricane is a bit different in that a lot depends on the size of the eye and the forward motion of the storm....basically a long-winded way of saying, it depends how long it take for northern half of the eye to pass and the southern half to begin forcing the water back in place.

Thank you. I just saw a thread describing that effect and talking about it on Fox news. I'm glad we won't see a repeat of what happened with the Fukushima where all those cars and buildings were floating down the street.

After watching these reporters outside babbling, seeing the landscape while the eye passes by is worth while.

Thanks for that live feed. Everything is still standing and the streets are clear enough for Jeff to drive freely. Not too bad.

"Massive airborne relief mission en route to Keys to help with ‘humanitarian crisis’"

A huge airborne relief mission is en route to the Keys to help people impacted by the devastation caused when the eye of Hurricane Irma blasted through the Lower Florida Keys at daybreak Sunday morning.

Among the services coming to the Keys are “disaster mortuary teams,” he said during a conference call.
