I read the link and can see your point but....
History is filled with stories of women in combat, not from the USA though.
I remember reading about some Russian women during WW2, that helped put a hurting on the Germans.
But those might be extraordinary cases.
I would imagine that in a real fight or die firefight, something clicks inside you while you try to survive but it remains to be seen if that will happen with US women combat soldiers.
I am not disputing the findings, I just think there is no way of knowing for sure until the SHTF and they go in to combat.

I love being different than women I thought that was the point, it's unnatural for us to be the same.

Idk, my sister is in shape and had to call men to change her car battery because she was too weak to pick it up. No man alive can't lift a car battery. I wouldn't feel safe having women in my squad because you never know which situation they will get you killed in.

"Go get me that 250 lb oil drum across the street!"
Woman tugs on oil drum, barely able to drag it... gets shot b/c she's taking forever.
Everyone dies.
The end.
I'd rather just have a normal man in my squad where I don't have to worry about things like that when I have 1000000 other things to worry about in a life or death situation

This is probably going to make some of your screech and go into convulsions on the ground as it may shatter your weakened mind.
Basically what it comes down to people is that women's minds and body are not designed for this. As much as I love women, and trust me I do I have to face the facts at some point and realize that men and women are built very different both mentally and physically. It's not a bad thing. It's a good thing because I don't want to date/ marry a woman who acts like a dude. I want a woman who is a woman damnit.
Call me sexist for pointing out the obvious and having more traditional values.

I think those Russians likely had little choice. Fight or die.
Look at the Kurdish, Yazidi and Christian women who are fighting against ISIS right now. They don't have a choice. It's fight or die.
No one says women cannot fight or shoot when they have to, but the US military is not in the position of having to take and use whatever fighters they have to hand. They are an all volunteer force that can afford to pick and choose and assemble the best fighting force trained the way they want them trained. They are not a force assembled in the moment out of necessity.
I have absolutely no doubt that if the US were invaded, there would be plenty of women fighting for the country.

Military proficiency is more than just being good with a gun.

Then again, why does it have to be all about you?

Women have always fought for their country, whether as spies or pilots transporting vital equipment. Transgender will be no less valuable. Just build the damn washrooms, damn you got the money so put it where it is needed most.
However, at this point, it’s certainly worth noting that the male participants involved in the experiment had previously served in combat units, while the female participants came directly from noncombat jobs.
Israel is a good example of this.

Because I can lift a car battery for half a mile and I'm not going to get my teammates killed in an unexpected situation for being physically incapable.
