Only exonerated in the biased progressive mind, if a person was being truly honest with themselves they should be able to step back and understand that there was no legal actions taken because the videos were so edited they had "no evidentiary value in a legal context and cannot be relied upon for any official inquiries”, not because the information on the videos was false.

Wow, that's the best example you can find to refute the reality of what is being discussed here?

The videos were hack jobs by a known fraudster. This has been known for quite some time.

Now, the State of California is going after the known fraudsters for their crimes committed that they were dumb enough to commit to video and written confessions.

We'll see what happens.

He didn't edit to make things "appear" immoral. Nothing said on those videos has been disputed in terms of whether or not it was said.

I asked what the issue was with the videos being viewed last year, man. They contain inconvenient, opinion shifting footage, so obviously the Yay Abortion! crowd was pissed off about them and needed the inconvenient facts shown within to quickly go away before PP lost tax and donation money. My point, as it has been since the beginning of this is that whether or not the videographers broke the law, the facts are what they are. The legality of what PP did is one issue, if it was all legal then no charges should stem from it... the morality of their practices, however, are in the eyes of the beholder and I find it amusing that the pro abortion crowd got pissy because they lost control of the narrative the public was exposed to, threatening their continued suckling at John Q. Public's teat.

There was no legal action taken against Planned Parenthood because there was no crimes committed. Multiple states conducted their own investigations (another waste of taxpayer dollars to BS) and found ZERO wrongdoing.

It has nothing to do with whatever a "progressive mind" is in your estimation ... it has to do with the facts.

NONE OF THE CHARGES RELATE TO THE ACTUAL VIDEO SHOWN

The "Fraud" is that the videographer signed off on being a different identity than he was to gain access to the facility. Yeah, the Russia hack meme stands.

You realize that is the same thing right? They were edited to show a false narrative so they cannot be used as videos. But really you are arguing an old conversation. You were proven wrong on this a year ago. Arguing with me about it now isn't going to change anything. Though it does show that you don't care about updating your opinion when new information comes to light that contradicts your chosen narrative.

So your entire argument comes back to one of morality? Who cares? Pro-choicers already knew you guys thought that abortion was immoral. This is nothing new. And using proven heavily edited videos as confirmation bias fodder for your opinion of immorality is just par the course for pro-lifers. This isn't the first time the pro-life activists have attempted deceitful videos that play to pro-lifers' confirmation biases either.

Is there any topic that you can resist bringing "Russia" into? Christ, talk about obsession.

Of course the charges relate to the videos ... how did the videos get made??? What would the video have been like with the guy standing in the parking lot talking to himself?

A modicum of rationality at least is in order, don't you think?

They were charged under the medical privacy act that makes it illegal for anyone to receive information without consent from the patient or the medical facility. I can bet everyone has had a run in with that wonderful privacy act law! If your own kids are not on the consent form for receiving information about your health, they're denied access! I know at our local hospital, nurses and medical practitioners can get into a lot of trouble if they release any medical information about their patients. I can understand keeping strangers from accessing medical information but your own wife and kids???

I had a dentist for years who abruptly stopped working. I was informed I had to choose another dentist in the building. I was concerned thinking the poor guy had cancer or some other devastating illness that caused him to quit. When I asked the dental hygienist what happened to him, she politely said she was prohibited to give out any information about him because of the medical privacy act.

Now congress just overturned the "internet privacy regulation" which allows ISPS to sell personal information to advertisers without getting permission. This just shows who your representatives truly work for. They definitely don't protect the privacy rights of their constituents when it comes to corporate outside pressure.

What exactly does PP do then Genius? IF You can't recognize that they Kill for a living, then You Yourself just might be the dumbest person on the face of this Earth. And with compfy incomes from Uncle Sam to boot. Hopefully Trump cuts the funding to this Morally Corrupt group. I'm waiting for the Semantics argument on what a "baby" is to begin...

Exactly, so what harm were these videos and why such a huge outrage to block them from public view at the time?

Recording confidential information without consent and then releasing it is illegal in CA?

Just like when it happened to Trump in in his private dressing room?

Who is blocking them from public view? What are you talking about? They are still available to view on Youtube. No one has taken them down. I just don't want to link to them in the thread as I feel they are already debunked and it is a waste of time getting into the intricacies of the videos all over again when that discussion is already settled.
