I was just being a needle. I'm no good at writing fiction anyways. Besides, truth is stranger and stranger than fiction the further we go........

Hi star - yes it's absolutely fine to break it down to two (or more) posts as lucid has indicated. (Thanks lucid!)

There is no minimum or maximum character count, and the entry can be submitted over one or more posts, but please bear in mind that it is a SHORT STORY contest!
