If you are making an entry, please make sure that it has YJA2017 in the title (so we know it's an entry for THIS contest) and post it as a new thread in the SHORT STORIES forum HERE
Then you can copy the Link location of your story post, by right clicking the "link" pin at the top of your story post and selecting "copy link location" before making a post in this thread and providing us with a link to your story (by clicking the "insert a link" button at the top of the post and pasting in your Story Post link.)

If you need a hand editing/deleting/moving posts - I'm sure that our wonderful mod tothetenthpower will be happy to assist!

Any other problems - please give me a shout or a PM, and if you need clarification on the subject matter itself... check with AugustusMasonicus as the theme (and indeed this contest) is all his!

I'd have to say that you and Gordi did a good job of turning this forum around over the past 6 months and none of it is politics so give yourself at least 2 applauses.

Ah you can thank Gordi for all of it really, if he wasn't so diligent, this forum would not be in a better place with just me.

He's the real MVP of this Forum now, I just facilitate, he basically runs the place .

TBH - the contests would amount to zilch if it wasn't for the FANTASTIC writers (new and old) that we have here.
I think I say it every time, but... the standard just seems to get higher and higher with every contest.

I've read most of the entries this time around... (haven't S&F'd yet) and they are just amazing.

So, WELL DONE to EVERYONE!

Yes, after my first entry I nervously counted stars and flags for weeks At least there is a lot of good reading!
