Trump's plan to make Mexico pay for the wall is to intercept payments from Mexicans in the U.S. and their families back home. This money would be put towards the wall.

Well, your candidate did not get the popular vote.

Chances are, that means that the people who voted otherwise, were in the main voting for something other than what your man is intending to inflict on the country. He's only been in office for 5 days now and hasn't even met with the Mexican President yet. I'd say you're going off half-cocked.

I'm confused. I thought only Congress could grant funding. So is this merely a token EO that actually does nothing or are we just throwing checks & balances completely out the window?
